Great business hotel in Shinjuku”
The location is hard to beat. It's about 5 min walk to the Shinjuku station, but the limo bus from NRT stops right in front of the hotel, which was convenient. Just like any business hotels in Japan, the room was small and fit. Considering the location of being Shinjuku, I can't complain too much about the size. The room was clean and neat. The staff were all kind and attentive. Restaurants on both 3rd and the top floors serve great food. Overall it was a great experience staying in the hotel for five nights and I think I'd go back to this one when staying in Tokyo again.

The staff were eficient and helpful”
We extended our stay but hotel can only accommodate us if we transfer to 3 new rooms. Since we're a family of 6, I requested rooms that will be next to each other. We were so delighted that they granted our request. Although my kids stayed in 2 separate rooms, me and my husband had peace knowing that my 4 kids were just next door. The breakfast spread was exquisite. There may be qeues in the breakfast everyday but the courteous staff made waiting so pleasant and the quality of food worth it. We will definitely come back. 😍

Best for our situation ”
Booked the only available semidouble rooms 2 weeks before our stay. Rooms are small but good enough for its value. Staffs are accommodating. Near Shinjuku station though you’d still walk a lot and get lost. There are restos in the basement but close early. Lawson and Family Mart are open 24H.

The hotel is very accessible. It has a bus stop just outside, where it will take you to the nearest train station for only 100 Yen. It also has a stop for Airport Limousine. The hotel has 3 convenience stores, Ministop, Lawson and Family Mart. The staff are very accommodating as well.

Small room but functional”
Had a semi double coz most of the rooms were booked. Very central and covered walkway to Shinjuku station using underpass. Worked great for us as we reached Tokyo late in the evening and needed to catch an early next morning flight. Just a place to sleep for the night.

Very Nice Hotel”
Very nice bed and breakfadt buffet Breakfast buffet provides both japanese style menu and Western style menu. Though there is no discount for breakfast buffet among accomodatuon clients, sleeping in this hotel is a good advantage. The buffet is so crowded, so clients can come easily to this buffet!

Overall a great stay”
The only issue we had was the rooms were really small. But I booked the cheapest too, so it was expected. Location is perfect. There’s family mart and Lawson in the building! The rooms were clean, the toiletries complete.

- Located around 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station - Airport shuttle bus is available at the hotel - The room was not sparkling clean and relatively small but acceptable - Self-check-in and check-out are available and very easy to use - Luggage storage is available and accessible by using only a Suica card

Large hotel in Shinjuku area with ok price is rare to find. I mostly like this hotel because of its location, minutes from Shinjuku shopping and restaurants, and greatly connected with underground tunnel. More if that is that airport bus just drop and pick you up right in front of hotel, witjout having drag suitacases around. Staff are friendly and great help. We got 3-bed room, which a bit of crampy but ok. It's a bit botger me with small square window per room. I wish there are more exposure to light and view outside. This hotel houses lots of tourists and busy, so expect to wait in lines for some services. You can choose 2 BF places, 25th floor and 3rd floor. Top florr are nice but crowded, expected to wait. 3rd is a smaller place but less people.

Convenient Location and better than expected”
This is my first time to Shinjuku area and first time booking this property. Location is close to Shinjuku station, and close to all amenities, everything is walking distance. Shuttle bus to Narita is available.Very close to government buildings and parks as well. Staff is great and accommodating, the rooms are very clean, there is a convenient stores inside and also restaurants. Overall, I would recommend and I will use this hotel again, in the near future.
