Everything you expect from apartment”
this apartment fullfilled our needs, cleanliness especially because we travelled with baby. We booked the biggest room for 8 people, very large, complete kitchen, with bath stuff plus mineral water for free, valued for money compare with the same price hotel. The management emailed check-in instruction in the same day, clearly, and fast response. nearest station was nagahoribashi and location around 10 minutes walk from dotonburi. I’m very satisfied and definitely will book again for the next trip to osaka

We stayed for three nights at the place and could not be more happier. the location was great and very central (Shinsaibashi Area), it's close to the subway (5 min walk), Dotonbori is only a mile away, there was convenience store and restaurants nearby. the room is very spacious and decorated nicely. it is also very modern with all its technology. the management did an excellent job on providing us information on how to do the self check in. one little problem that we had was when we try to open the door. since the lock is a different type than what they have informed us, it took us a while to figure it out, but other than that, everything's perfect. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

Close to Dotonbori! I was absolutely amazed on how spacious and luxurious the apartment was for the price I paid. Everything you need is there, and it's super close to the city center while still giving you the peace and quiet you need after a long day. Very clean too!

The room is new, clean, and very spacious. It has all the basic amenities, no complaints here. Overall, this is definitely better than a lot of the hotels with the same price, though the room itself is not well sound-proof.

5 minutes to the subway station, and also you can walk to Dotombori. Very spacious nice room. The only problem was the bath/shower room has clear glass wall. So nobody can brush teeth etc while someone else is taking shower. At least they should use frost glass.

Overall the room size is good for family 3-4 pax. Nearby place of interest and convenient to look f&b shops. Only setback is without daily housekeeping & the premises is aging.

I saw blood mark on cushion, hair, dust ”
Very disappointed. Don’t know why there was Blood ( dried) mark on the cushion, blanket , so wired.... The extra bed was not clean, hair and dust and dirt mark there The email confirmation said we can email them for one time cleaning service However we have some question before we arrive, no one reply to us...

房間不像照片看起來那麼大，但是還是大，可以攤開三個24吋行李箱，還有很多空間奔跑。 浴室和廁所是分開的，很方便，浴室的設計很棒很大，還以浴缸，超推!! 除了冰箱，甚至有微波爐，可以自己加熱很方便。電視很大，但是節目沒幾台能看。 往附近景點，地鐵站，都算近~ 走路沒問題~ 缺點是，當天入住時，寫12點可入，但是他們還在打掃，所以只先寄放行李，算是美中不足。而且早上10點退房有點早。

房間很大兩個行李箱攤開都不是問題 地點也很便利 離地鐵跟超市超商心齋橋都很近 價格又經濟實惠 基本上算很乾淨 但地毯跟沙發污漬有點多 整體來說很不錯 也會考慮再次入住
