"The staff offered to park my luggage at the hotel before the time to check in at 3pm. So I manage to linger around Namba quite a while. Very near to convenient stores and it is only a distance away from Namba, Dotombori, and Shinsaibashi. Also near to Amerikamura where weekends are a cool street to walk in. The breakfast was nice. I went once, but didn't went again because I had to start my day way early. Breakfast was at 6am. (Yes. I did start my day at 5am for not clashing with the morning peak hours.) The hotel is very near a subway station. But further from JR station. So once you reach airport you can take JR trains to Namba. But the JR station to the subway station is a distance that you can walk underground. Basically, it is very accessible. Good place to go anywhere, regardless Kobe, Kyoto or Nara. Exit Namba Hips and you will need to spot Don Quijote, Penguin(Donpen). It will be located in the alley next to it. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay there. Thank you!! "

"We initially booked for 2 nights stay but end up canceling the other hotel and just stay here for the rest of the week. This hotel exceeds my expectations in terms of cleanliness. It is a new hotel with complete basic amenities that a traveler would be needing. It is a few blocks from Exit 2 of Yotsubashi & Shinsaibashi Station so it's very accessible to different parts of Osaka. Also, there's a newly opened Aeon Food Hall/Grocery which is open 24 hours plus a Family Mart close by so you'll never have to worry if you need to grab something for the night. I would like to recommend the staff who helped us get a cab going to OCAT, they have always been very accommodating and helpful since day 1. Kudos! If you plan to go to Shinsaibashi/Namba (Glico spot) you need to walk around 20 minutes."

"12 mins walk from Shinsaibashi station. Convenient place. Family mart is in front of hotel. Walking distance to all food places and bars. Hotel area also have food place. Hotel room is decent. Don't expect big rooms in Japan unless you go for 6 star hotels. Staffs are friendly. All furniture very new as it only opened last December. Walking distance to Dotonburi. I'll definitely come back again!"

"Friendly helpful staff that can speak multiple languages. Always happy to help. Luggage room that can be freely used when checking in and out. Sky Spa is a must do, very nice views of Osaka while unwinding in a heated bath. Room we hired was twice the size of a similarly priced room in Shinjuku, was good to be able to open all our suitcases at once! Had a couch! Location is nice and close to Dontonbori and all associated shopping like Den Den and Shinsaibashi. Only thing that might be an issue is it's a 10 minute walk from the closest subway station (Shinsaibashi) and not near any JR stations for those using a pass (JR isn't the best option in Osaka anyway). When leaving we caught a taxi from the tank just half a block down to Tennoji station which only cost 1100 Yen. Would recommended this if not forwarding luggage when checking in and out. Thanks for looking after us!"

"This place is modern and very clean with only a short walk from Nagahoribashi station. Also less than a 10 minutes walk from Shimsaibashi Main Street. There are some good coffee shops within walking distance. Lovely and friendly staff, fantastic common space, cool design, strong wifi and comfy atmosphere. The dormitory beds felt specious and provided a great amount of privacy. In the women’s powder room, they even supply a hair iron. Everything is on point. I’m sure that this is one of the best hostel I’ve been to so far. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back. "

"Headline says it all! Stayed in the Annex (instead of the main building) for 3 nights, and will definitely stay here again on future trips -- Brilliant Location : 8 mins walk to Dotonburi, 3 mins to Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade, 2 mins walk from Shinsaibashi subway, spitting distance from AmericaMura....etc -- Clean & Safe : Sheets are a crisp white, toilets are modern & sparkling, amenities & towels included (the shower gel, shampoo & conditioner smell & feel great) -- Great Value : Considering you're in the heart of Shinsaibashi, rooms are small (11sqm) but Wi-Fi is free & fast, staff are friendly, efficient & helpful and the location is unbeatable. "Ark Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi is the best hotel among 3 hotels i stayed during my 14 days trip to Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo. The staff is super friendly, polite & helpful. One of the staff has tried her best & never give up to help us to book the Kaiseki meal at Kyoto even she is not so fluent English speaking, i and my family really appreciated for the kind assistance. They have fluent English speaking staff as well, so there is no worries for English communication. Excellent service & environment. The room is spacious if compare to others hotel i stayed. Room is clean & tidy, the blanket is super duper comfort & soft. The Nagohoribashi Station exit 3 & 4 is just located at left & right of the hotel with just 1 min walking. So you have 2 choices for station exit. Hotel is nearby dining area. Definitely will stay again for next visit to Osaka. Great hotel. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. At least 7 mins to dotonbori and 15 mins to Namba or Shinsaibashi Station. At night there is a free soy based ramen and choice of alcoholic drinks, either soda, wine, beer or whisky. I do recommend that you use the onsen the moment it opens at 3PM and after 1AM if you enjoy that "private, on my own feeling",also feels good after long day out. Ladies onsen is has a complete amenities and there are 2 hot onsen, 1 cold onsen and 1 sauna. If you stay for long time (I did 5 nights), room cleaning is free but all up to you if you require it or now. You can also request a change towel ONLY service and rubbish collection. There is a free Laundry on the 13th floor but dry is 100 yen/20 mins. Also there is a chair massage 200 yen/15 mins. And, on the reception floor there is a microwave and cutlery as well as Lawson and Family Mart next next door. Also, THE TV SHOWS THE REAL TIME USAGE OF BOTH ONSEN AS WELL AS THE LAUNDRY AND DRYER which is always a plus when you cannot be bothered to go upstairs. I definitely recommend the hotel if you are looking for a very convenient, clean and "this is a chill holiday kind of hotel""
