Good homestay with convinience location. The room was clean, nice bed and air conditioner. They give us bed breakfast, during our breakfast time there are lots of other guest already had breakfast before us . the hotel staff and check the food , put another round when its empty.

the second time here, and stay in exactly the same room last time it was noisy because next door is a kind of pub second time, it was not that noisy, maybe because it was fasting season, but the bad linen was smelly, and so did the bad cover yes, they react quite fast to change it, but it quiye bothering for us

Be carefull prank”
On the first time i'm booked junior suite room, and got a room under celling where is no cellular network. Then i'm asked for changed another room but there is no an other junior suit room. Then they asked me to upgrade room pay extra money. Got big room with no satelite tv, no drink water compliment.

It's great. We enjoy our stay here. And i will definitely come back again when i visit malang. There're lot of restaurants around the guesthouse, only 5 minutes walk. The surrounding is peaceful, not too much noise.

nice location, low rate”
Location was surprised me. Located in strategic location, near to main road, and many restaurants around. There is park near to hotel where my kids could play and enjoyed it very much. There are 2 restaurants near to hotel and can be reached by walking less than 5 minutes. In the morning, you can go to Pahlawan Trip Street less than 10 minutes by walking to find nasi pecel only with IDR 7000 or ketan with IDR 3000-5000. I stayed in room no 03. Room is standard room but big enough for std room. I was disappointed with bathroom. Valve under wastafel was leaked so floor was wet all day long if we didnt closed it. No floor mat available until I request and no tissue also in the toilet. Breakfast was too simple, only soup, rice, tempe, and kerupuk. Except about bathroom and breakfast, I like this hotel and will stay again if I go to Malang.

Don't expect bout facilities, but shinta guesthouse has what u needs for sleeping or just take a rest. Near downtown and culinary centre. The reasonable price makes sense for what you'll get. But honestly i like their design interior. Homey and comfort. Only 1 minus, please keep clean your blanket and pillow's cover. cause we will see clearly many marks on white color. Thanks. Will come again!

Nyaman, Aman, dan Tenang”
menginap di Shinta Guest House yang tidak jauh dari pusat kota, dekat dengan MOG (Mall Ollympic Garden) salah satu Mall besar di kota Malang, suasananya asri, sejuk, dan adem. Saya menginap 2 malam. di hari pertama, Saya merasa nyaman. namun pada hari kedua saya menginap, listrik padam cukup lama, dan genset yang tersedia rusak, jadi tidak ada listrik selama kurang lebih 7 jam lamanya. sehingga AC, TV, Lampu, dan lain lain tidak dapat dinyalakan.

Disappointing for a high review score hotel”
Guesthouse is quite easy to find, and is located near the MOG shopping mall (1km away). Stay is satisfactory, and could have been a delightful experience if not for the following: 1) Reception staff less efficient. They did not inform you where and when breakfast is served, nor they tell you the WIFI password unless you asked. 2) Poor WIFI connection in the room. 3) Need to wait >1min for warm water in the shower. 4) There are stains on the bedsheet and cover. 5) There are mould on the wall near the ceiling, and paint is peeling. 6) Breakfast consist of plain white rice, clear vegetable soup and fried tempeh with tea/ coffee. Okay for non-fussy budget travellers. Otherwise do consider other guesthouse in the area, or proper hotels.

We like this hotel. Its location is not far from the railway station in the tranquil district of city with willas and small cafes. The lounge of the hotel is decorated in a modern design. It is new hotel with new simple furniture and sanitary ware in the rooms. Personal is very friendly, all our questions get answers.

Got Upgrade to Family Suite”
Bathroom at Standard room to small. but at Family room is huge. Water Shower pressures to weak. Good sahoor meal box. The food is fresh and delicious although they send to my room at 3.00 AM. And the most valuable is this guest house really-really quite.

A good place to stay”
The room is quite huge for me. All clean. But a little bit uneasy to got signal inside the room so i had to go outside the room, the wifi have a little connection inside the room tho. But overall, shita guest house is great. You can save your money but feelin like staying at hotels. Great!

The room is big, I got king size bed, there's ashtray on the table but no smoke smell detect. Staffs is very nice & helpfull. The location is an ace, near to wherever. A lot of place to eat nearby. My son don't like the breakfast, but, it's OK for me.

A very good place to stay, literally.”
The place is quietly nice, the atmosphere just make you feels like home. I was surprised when I opened the door for Deluxe Room, it such a bigger place than I expected. The room is pretty clean, but sadly I found some stain on the bed sheet. The bathroom is good, I loved how fast the water heater worked (I have been stayed at some hotel that needed such a long time to make the water warmed). It will be plus if they provide toiletries such a toothbrush (they provide soap, anyway). The wifi connection is good, not that fast but it’s actually stable. And the last, me and my husband can not eating such a heavy meal on our breakfast, it will be good if they provide a bread or another light meal for breakfast (they gave us Soto and rice, anyway. It’s really okay for some people tho). But overall I loved stayed here, I already booked this property for the next trip.

But we got a large room... it's enough for us with 4 people.. We add an extra bed.. So far the Bedroom & the bathroom were clean. But not good for the breakfast. The meal was only rice & fried noodle... The next day it was rice & 'soto'. The meal were very little... and the taste not good. Also the the plates & the cups for drink were not clean... With the price like that on the high season, it was cheap... thanks Agoda...
