Great place to stay...Awesome Staff.”
We stayed for 6 nights over New Years. The room was great and the staff were so nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a quiet place this is not the place for you as it is right at the center of the most popular bars. Good restaurants are nearby and it is one block from the beach. The nightly rate might be a little high for some but the help from staff for booking tours or calling transportation was worth the money. Anything we needed the staff was able to accommodate or contact someone who could. The room was cleaned every day and the morning breakfast was pretty good. Great coffee but expensive :)~ I will try to stay here again on my next visit to El Nido and would recommend to my friends. Thanks for your part in making this an awesome vacation to Palawan.

Great Location & Comfortable Bed!”
Location is perfect; within the main drag of El Nido town but closer to the pier so away from what I considered the true “center.” I had no issue with noise - I was in room #8 and I think it’s the best (furthest away from the road). Staff was very friendly, bed was super comfortable! WiFi worked well for me the whole time. If I had any slight complaint it’d be the lighting - the room is quite dim. But I was only in there to sleep really, so didn’t matter so much! This place is a great value for the cost and I would book again upon return to El Nido!

We loved Shipwrecked”
Stayed in the superior room on 2nd floor with a nice view of the street. There’s even a (steep) staircase to the attic that leads to a miniature balcony where you can enjoy the night breeze. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, with air conditioning available, although not very big compared to some similar properties. The hosts were one of the friendliest - definitely a factor that made our trip a most enjoyable one. Location is super - so close to the beach (where many island hopping tours begin), the nicest seaside barbecue restaurants, and ~5 minutes’ walk away from the town centre. Reception has contacts for island hopping tours. Before you leave the hotel, just drop a friendly reminder to the reception to change your towels and clean your rooms, and you should have the most awesome stay in El Nido!

Perfect”
The staff were all extremely helpful. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The air conditioning works very well. The noise was not so bad outside. If you're on the second floor, it is easy to go to sleep with the sound of a few people talking. The water pressure is weak, but I think that is out of their hands- this will be a problem anywhere in El Nido. The location is perfect! When I return to Sl Nido, I will for sure book with them again.

Good value”
The ladies that work there are super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good quality. The bed was a little hard and the toilet wouldn't flush properly and the last night the water pump kicked on and off every minute loud enough to keep me awake...send them a message first to make sure that water pump is fixed.....but for the price is excellent value in El nido

Good location ”
We stayed here for 3 nights during our time in the Philippines. The overall stay was pleasant. One of the ladies at the front desk was so helpful and gave us so much information. The only downside I could see is the lack of hot water in the bathroom. This might be standard for el nido though. The air conditioner was nice and cool in the bedroom and was definitely needed when we were there. Overall, the place was great and I would return again.

Decent stay, still prone to power outages”
There was a small storm that came by on the first two days of our stay, and the power was out a few times. The hotel has it's own generator but it seems the A/C unit doesn't run when the generator is on, only when the power is supplied by the town. The water pressure was not strong at all, but I wasn't expecting it to be in a town like El Nido.

In the city+near the beach”
Shipwrecked is easy to locate as every tricycle driver knows the place; it is a 30sec walk from the beach, and 0sec walk from the city! Perfect situation. The personnel is very welcoming and helpful, and the owner is a funny lady ready to help to make your stay easy. Room is clean, with both AC and fan, and provides much space.

Good enough for what you pay”
My wife and I stayed only for one night. The hotel was clean and so were the rooms. Breakfast was good. Bed could've been a bit more comfortable but overall we got a good night sleep. The hotel is located in a great location right in the center of El Nido and within 2 minutes of the beach. My only complaint about this hotel is that checkout time isn't until noon, yet they turned off the air conditioner and fan approximately 35 minutes before noon. I was a bit disappointed by that. Besides that, I would recommend the hotel to friends because of the location and the staff who were very helpful and nice people.

Lovely, cosy budget hotel”
I have spent 4 nights here and definitely would go back again. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all ways, location is superb, room was clean and simple, was missing the fridge tho from the room and wifi was very slow but i guess its El Nido's specification :) I would highly recommend this pension and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Good place to stay;”
If you want a place with a very good location, and friendly staff, that's the place; The room was good, and hotel stuff gave us tips or trips to do and places to visit; As well, any small issues we had, they were willing to help; The breakfast was the low point on this pension house though, I didn't enjoy as they don't have space for it, so every morning they prepare the breakfast at the loby, in front of the lobby desk. I think they should not to offer breakfast, as this way they won't frustrate their customer;

Cool and Unique Place”
It is an interesting place. It is not on the beach, but right across the street from it. The staff was phenomenal! They were so very helpful and friendly. The internet could be better, but come on, you are in El Nido, where you can expect the towns electricity to go out at least once a day.

Would come again”
Best breakfast in Palawan with real coffee! Room smelled a bit damp but we found this was the case at most accommodations as they keep it closed to keep mosquitos out. Good location and good value for money!

Lovely staff but pretty awful room”
We left getting accommodation until the week before and there was not much left. The staff here are absolutely lovely, a really nice family atmosphere. However we were in a ground floor tiny room with no natural light. There was no chance of sleeping in after 7 as lots of noise outside the room and 2 roosters (and once a man urinating) outside the room 1m from our heads. There was no mirror in the bathroom to shave, no shelves or hangers, bedside lamps, very cramped, nowhere to put your stuff or hang wet things. The electricity kept going but I think this happens a lot in El Nido. However the shower was hot and breakfast good. It was convenient being in the centre of town near the art cafe and tours but if I stayed again I would stay out of town as it's easy to get around everywhere on a tricycle. With a few minor alterations this place would be much better, perhaps the other rooms are less oppressive

clean and well placed”
Hotel is very well placed in the center of El Nido, the room is spacious and clean, and the staff nice. However the bathroom was super dark, almost no pressure in the shower and the breakfast was really bad (svery small quantity) Overall good hotel but too expensive

Central location ”
Very center location in El Nido. It's a small town. Rooms were small but adequate. Water pressure wasn't very good some days. Can rent a very good scooter from the hotel. I recommend Nacpan beach.

Don't recommend Budget Air Conditioning Room”
Small room and noisy, but clean. Shared bathroom was dirty. Quite cheap for its location in El Nido.

Lovely Place”
I and my girlfriend loved this pension. The room was just perfect, with a little balcony on the top level. Very close to the beach and (partial) view over the sea.
