Great property with big onsen”
We are very satisfied with our stay at the residence side, the onsen is big and with an open air onsen looking at the sea. The lounge area is big to accommodate many people with social distancing as well. We like the bakery there, very good bread and pastry. This is one of the most value for money property that we ever stayed. The staffs don’t speak English but they make sure that we get the right information, these senior staffs at the entrance of the hotel are extremely polite and helpful too!

Easy accessible to Sandanbeki and Senjojiki plus the Saki No Yu & Muroyu onsens. Family mart is just a 5min walk. Peaceful location too. Facilities are updated and service is good.

Stayed in the residence which was away from the main hotel building so very quiet. Great outdoor bath. Room seemed relatively new and geared towards a younger audience - many outlets for electronic devices - unlike typical Japanese business hotels.

The Residence: New rooms, annex of the main building with shared sitting room and kitchen. Facilities: Mostly located at main building (Onsen, entertainment facilities such as table tennis, 9 Pool and football machines), check-in counter, dining places and restaurants). A bit inconvenient in cold season as need to walk from room to main building for Onsen. Location wise: very close to two of the main attractions located further from the main train station, yet if you are not driving, be very cautious on bus schedules. Similarly as this facility is rather remote from city centre, you might have to plan in advance for dinner options. No bus service if getting too late to town (but most restaurants also close rather early). Food: we didn't book breakfast or lunch/ dinner, but did paid (yen 2000/ head before tax) for breakfast on last day of stay. Selection was OK and you can get ice cream during breakfast. Mainly Japanese dishes and some salad and bread.

No elevator is a big issue”
Only recommend this hotel to backpackers or strong men (or women XD) who can take your luggage up to stairs. No elevator is a big issue for me. Although the onsen in the main building is really good, it can't recover the energy loss by taking my big luggage up and down the stairs. You can view the beautiful scenery at this hotel. Bus stop is outside the hotel, so it is convenience to go everywhere.

was arranged to live on the 3rd floor. No elevator, not convenient for a pregnant woman. no cup and kettle in the room. though everything is provided in the kitchen, the kitchen is on the G/F, how could u expect a pregnant woman to climb up and down????

For travellers with a big heavy luggage, it is discussing stairs without lift. No place for good meals. Staffs are quite rude.The cost performance is bad. Only location is nice with hot spring.

Don’t choose this hotel . No supplementary water ,no water boiler in the room. If you want to drink hot water , need to use the kettle in the public kitchen. So ridiculous. You can only take meals inside Hotel for there is no other choices in the walkable areas

The reidence is just right next to the main hotel building, but no lift, you can take your own suitcases. However it is actually very close and only one level up or down, so not a really big problem. The room itself is spacious, clean and tidy. There is a big common room a hugh kitchen as well as bbq area, really suitable for group traveling too. Guests can use facilities and hot spring at main building.
