The manager and rest of the staff are great to deal with, creating the best vibe for guests. The hotel also offers spacious villas, and we were fortunate to get an upgrade to a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, making our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, perfect for young families. Overall, we loved our stay at Shiva Samui!
