The location is a bit far from mainroad. U have to walk for about 8 minutes to get there. No worry about getting lost as there's only one road, u can get their specific location on Google map (search 事外桃源）. There's a shortcut to the cingjing farm, can ask their staff and they will tell u how to get there. The place is very beautiful, exactly like their name. It's hillside minsu. U can watch beautiful scenery of Taiwan's mountain range, and even the sunrise!! The breakfast is buffet style, it's in a dinning area inside. There's no nearby restaurant so u better eat first before getting there. The staff there is SUPER nice. We went there by bus and arrive late at night, they fetch us by car to the place. When going back, he also send us to the bus stop by car. They provide tips and help on getting around the cingjing. When we check out and heading to Taichung, they help us to contact taxi that was trustworthy (even tho at the end we still ride bus because taxi available at that time, we were too last minute). The receptionist we meet was the best Taiwanese we have met throughout the 7 days trip. Very helpful and humour. They have a cat and dog which are very smart and friendly. Definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff is good, service is exceptional! Breakfast is nice too.. Kind of home-cooked breakfast feeling for me. The view outside of our room is pretty, is a very chill and relaxing stay there.. Walking distance way down from the farm to the stay through the shortcut road taught by the staff, even though way up to the farm is a bit far. The staff is kind enough to give us a ride up. He even helped us to call for transport to fetch us down for a dinner at the 伊拿谷 . We had a nice and comfortable sleep there. Recommended.

The environment is cosy. Good mountain view. The lady staff is very helpful and friendly. She is trying her best to assist you. She offers upgrade of our room from triple to quaruple room upon check in. Free shuttle provided upon check in and check out. The weak point is the hotel is a bit inconvenient to access during night time.

Cozy homestay ”
The homestay is very close to the swiss garden and 7-11 so it's very convenient. The rooms are very basic but rustic. Breakfast is taiwanese porridge and toast. We had a room on the 1st floor but would have preferred rooms on the 2nd floor where they have a better view.

The staffs are very friendly and informative. Nice set up of the building and good environment. Walking distance to Swiss Garden and QingJing Farm. Only thing is the entrance from Swiss Garden to the home-stay is narrow but it is common for mountain residency.

Due the host does not provide transport during public holiday or weekend. Is trouble to carries the luggage from outside to the hotel(takes 10 mins from 7-11 to hotel)

The staff is very friendly and warm. However the accommodation itself may need a massive refurbishment as it is very dusty (windows, window mosquito shields), stained curtain, not very well ventilated, cleanliness of toilet floors. Not recommended.

Beautiful Room With Beautiful Mountain View”
I stayed at room D106. A very spacious room with high ceiling. When I had a late checked-in, the sky was already dark. The most surprising was in the morning, when I opened up the curtain, the view was breath taking. With the window facing the east, with the sun peeping over the mountain. Wow..., can it took my breath away. Amenities are just about 500m away, bus station, restaurants, café, eateries, convenient stores... etc. If you are not driving there, be prepared to walk from the main road to the B & B (500m ). Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Shiyai Taoyuan B & B, with helpful and friendly staff who had made my stay feel at home in this beautiful environment.
