The hotel room is really nice. The hotel is not far from Hakata Station. The staff provides excellent service and all amenities are complete. From the room, you can see the train passing by with a good view. The breakfast is also okay and there is coffee available at the service point. It's really good. If I go back to Fukuoka, I will definitely stay here again. Impressed.

The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and it was comfortable to take a bath. Self-service amenities were provided, and it was very convenient to adjust the quantity according to one's own needs. During the trip, the traveler lost something on the bus. The hotel front desk helped to contact the bus company and actively communicated with them. With their enthusiastic assistance, the lost item was successfully retrieved, and I am really grateful for their help. The accommodation process was very comfortable, and I will book a room again for my next trip!

After staying at the Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Hakata-Ekimae for 3 nights 4 days, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Japan. The room has great train track views, a clean environment, more than sufficient amenities, and a large bathroom that you do not normally get for this price. (As a side note, if you are a light sleeper or are sensitive to noises, then choose a room without the train view - I personally thought the train view was one of the best qualities due to the ambience.) On top of these qualities, most importantly, the staff of this hotel were extremely friendly and gracious with requests such as room preference. My entire trip started and ended on a perfect note because of the front desk's kind care, and the cleaning staff were also incredibly helpful. I plan on coming to the Shizutetsu Hotel whenever I visit Fukuoka in the future. 3박4일동안 시즈테츠 호텔에 머물면서 굉장히 따뜻하고 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실의 기찻길 전망이 낮에 보면 감성 돋고, 밤에 보면 분위기 있어요! 물론 개인마다 다르겠지만, 소리에 예민하시면 다른 뷰가 있는 방 추천드립니다 - 저는 개인적으로 너무 분위기 있고 좋았습니다. 방 자체가 깨끗하고, 화장실이 세면대와 샤워하는 곳이 분리되어 있어서 넓습니다. 솔직히 이 가격으로 이런 곳은 찾기 어려울 수도 있습니다.. 또 호텔 직원분들이 매우 친절하셔서 객실 선호 사항과 같은 요청에도 정중하게 응해주었다는 것입니다. 프론트 데스크에는 한국어를 잘하시는 직원분도 계시고, 모든 직원분들의 친절한 배려 덕분에 여행의 시작과 끝이 행복했습니다! 저는 이번 경험 이후로 후쿠오카를 방문할 때마다 시즈테츠 호텔을 이용할 예정입니다~!
A++ place! Super clean and convenient ”
Rooms are spectacularly clean! Amenities are complete and they have a help yourself section to soaps/comb etc at the lobby. Breakfast is SO YUMMY!! 10/10. Location is super close to Hakata Station..about 7-8 mins walk. There’s also washer/dryer…300 yen per wash and 100 yen per 30 mins drying time. Staff are super helpful and nice! Would stay here again and their other hotels. A to note: the hotel is opposite the train tracks and you can very lightly hear them. If you are a super super light sleeper or get super bothered by them, ask for a room facing the other side. They also have free earplugs at the lobby.

This hotel is more like a business hotel. If it compares with all my other business hotel experience, this is one of the better ones. It got big separate clean bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic. They also provide lots of amenities. The other thing they can give you is a site in front of railway. For railway fans this would be the hotel. For non-railway fans, it gives you NO SLEEP. The railway doesn't end at midnight and starts in the morning at 6am. The railway sounds really takes away a good night rest. Not to mention if you are facing the morning sun, you will have sunrise before 6am. The bed is also uncomfortable not to mention the pillow is also poor. Therefore all in all, it gives you everything including NO SLEEP...
