Satisfied with price.”
10mins from Nagoya Station Taiko Exit(West Exit) through 4 crossloads. Convenience stores are little far form hostel but some on station route. some (snack)bars in close. Little noisy cause close by main street. if you are sensitive, i'll not recommend. Hostel has 2nd floor and 3rd floor Without elevator, and all Smoking Area. Watch out. 3 toilets in whole Hostel, and 2 of them in 2nd floor are squat, the other in 3rd is not. no urinal. 1 laundry machine and 3 shower booths in 2nd floor - little cold on mid of april - but no laundry dryer. each floor has public refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, mini oven, sink and some seats in public area. All rooms are for 1 person. Few outlet so power strip recommended. 2nd floor rooms are wide and have private refrigerator, TV but 3rd are not. no room cleanning during stay, and a shower towel and a tooth brush set are provided 1 by 1 night when you check-in check-out is 9am.

A bit far from Nagoya station”
Not to far from Nagoya station, don't worry if you can walk. There is circle K, a convenient store nearby the hotel. Not suitable for someone who afraid ghosts, because of tranquility, just kidding !!

Everything Was Great but The System”
In terms of facilities and location, I enjoyed staying here. It was only the check-in and check-out time that I found really disappointing. The reception only opened from 4PM, and check-out time was as early as 9PM! I arrived in Nagoya early in the morning, around 7AM with overnight bus from Tokyo. I dragged all my luggages all the way from the station to the hotel, only to find out that they weren't yet open! It was actually going to be okay, if only they accepted keeping our luggages before check-in and after check-out. In fact, they couldn't do that. So that morning, I returned to the station again, still with my luggages, and had to put everything inside a locker so I could explore around until check-in time. Also when I check-out. Since I had to leave so early and my bus back to Tokyo was at night, I had to once again dragged my luggages to the station and put it in the locker. Is that how it works in Nagoya? Because I didn't face such thing in Tokyo.

Location location location”
It's close to Nagoya station so it's easy to go to other places from here. This place is fine overall, but there is only one shower area so you may need to go to a different floor. My room smell like hospital for some reason. I guess one of the guest works there or something.

Nice place!”
Very basic, but roomy and comfortable place. Great location close to the Nagoya Meitetsu station. Convenience stores and izakayas all close around for food.

This is a guest house! ”
Great on the whole. Arrived at 10.55pm on the check-in day, five minutes before the reception closed. Reception lady spoke no English at all and I am not a Japanese speaker but check-in went really well. We were lucky enough being assigned a room on the second floor, the level with wifi and shared bathroom. To me the room was clean despite the fact that there were a bit of crumbs and a five-cent Singapore coin left underneath my bed. There is a TV in the room. Staff didn't change the bed sheet until the fourth day of our stay but as long as it's still clean I didn't think it was an issue. I was told hot shower was available between 5pm and 8am but hot shower was still available at 9-ish. Superb location. Only a few minutes walk from Shinkansen and the Metro. Convenient store downstairs.

Quite satisfactory”
Quite satisfactory for a cheap room rate. Location is also good since it only takes about 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station. If you can speak a little Japanese, that would be much better.

Not the best cheap hotel around the area ”
Pros: - 10 min walk from Nagoya train station. - near the “Akiba” of Nagoya - big room for the price. Cons: - centralized air con/ warmer. Something that I do not like. There are days where the hotel runners forgot to turn on the warmer (I came in winter period) and my room was cold as hell. - “hotel” is run by Grandmas. So do not expect anything at all. They only speak “You agoda?” - shared bathroom is cold in the winter. Floor is damn cold. Overall: do not stay there unless you only need a bed, toilet and shower. And close proximity to Nagoya station. 1.5 out of 5 stars.

Excellent”
The best service is delivered by the very low price. The hotel is located near a big street, so there are a lot of restaurants, bar, grocery and so on. The hotel is located in the safe area. As far as you only sleep in the hotel, I recommend you to use this hotel.

reasonable price”
it is single room not dormitory. good price. it will be good if you are on business trip and sleep only. but it will be bad if you are back packer, because this hostel is not for back packers. why? you will know if you come to here.

Good for sleeping :)”
Staff can not speak english, prepare your basic japanese a bit necessary i think, From total 6 floor shower room only in 2nd floor, and only 3 people can showering at the same time, shower time only from 5 am to 8 am. Toilet only 1 each floor, each floor has 10 rooms, so must wake up early.. and toilet seat so cold there is no heater system in toilet seat, really not winter friendly, But the room is warm and really have a good sleep here! If you solo traveller and you have low budget this hotel is enough IMO, because really cheap.

Not so far from the station; Small room but okey in sleeping; ”
this hotel locates not so far from the station. the room is small but OK for sleeping. a little inconvenience in shower and toilet. the hotel owner is a Japanese grandma and speaks a little English. the price is very cheap. the noise will disturb the quality of sleep in the night because the hotel is nearby the road. in conclusion, if care about the price, I recommend this hotel; if care about the quality and privacy, go find another hotel is suggested!

Cheap, location good, tidy”
Location is near to the JR station. The entrance of the hotel is hard to find. i need to check in at the hotel No.1 and let the staff to bring me there. There is no lift. My floor is at 6th...However, the room is tidy and clean. It is worth for the cheap price. I recommend this hotel to solo travelers.

Good for one night stay if you have an early flight”
I had a 6th floor room, and there was no elevator. Only one Wifi AP so it gets weak unless your room is by the AP. No frills. Personnel was very friendly and polite. Recommended to spend the night before your early morning flight when you only need a bed to crash
