That when I came in one night, & only my apartment the power was out. Called the emergency number. I was talked to like I was dumb and didn’t trip the breaker. I wasn’t even there I was out. Could give me no direction on what to do about it. 11pm at night they tell me someone would be out “FIRST THING @9am!! 😳😳😳😳🙄 thats 10 hours from then with a dog in the apartment & food as well. I hung up & found the main breaker myself & took care of with no guidance or direction on how to get it back.
