Awful Experience ”
So here it goes – 1. one of the hotel staff said that they haven’t got any booking confirmation from Agoda. 2. the Hotel Owner comes and say that there is no rooms available and they are already full 3. post the call with the agoda - the owner said that he only has one room to offer us. 4. THE ROOM – was dirtiest ever. Piles of rugs and bed-rolls covered with dirty bed sheet, with a bed to sleep for the night with a dirty bed-sheet and dirty pillows. Cigarettes butts everywhere, old and dirty shoes, bathroom was broken and dirty. it was a STORE-ROOM 5. Next day – the room was offered. Bed linens were dirty. No proper bucket in the bathroom. So the basics were lacking. 6. No proper cups to offer tea to the customer. It is very unsatisfactory and substandard to see that Agoda has listed a Hotel of this level at the website and the end-user has to suffer. The Hotel should atleast have basic hygiene and amenities to be offered. This experience would stop me always to book from Agoda.

AWFUL Dump !! Please Avoid !!”
We could not Stay in this dump of a hotel. The room was Stinking of mold and old mattress.. The sheets and a blanket look/feel dirty. The shower room was not cleaned from the previous guest.. Everything there is run down and rotten.. WiFi was not working at all. . There was supposed to be a Swimming pool - but it was without any water.. The "Fitness Centre" is in a room size of a toilet. it has two broken /rotten "excercise machines" that look like they were last used in the Eighties..This place is a sick joke ! How do I get my money back ???

Dirty”
This place could be a wonderful place, because is beautiful and close to the Camel fair, but it's not, is very very very very dirty, they didn't give us sheets, we had to ask for them, and the blanket they gave us... I prefer not to talk. The staff is super nice, friendly, but they don't know how to manage a hotel. I asked 3 times to buy a bus ticket and every time I asked they were surprised as if it was the first time I asked...

Overbooked so moved us nextdoor”
After booking and paying in advance arrived late at night to find they had filled our room. They shifted us next door which was satisfactory however In my opinion it is never acceptable to sell someone's room on when they have paid in full. Review scores do not reflect actual place but service.

Quiet choice in Pushkar”
Big room, quiet location, close to camel fair camp
We chose this place because is quite close to the camel fair camp so during that period is a good choice. Its also off the main street and close to the bus stand if you go back to Ajmer therefore handy and quiet compare to the main street in Pushkar. Rooms are basic but big. Hot water is on and off. The place could use some maintenance but oeverall is ok. Mind that during the camel fair prices can go very high and nonsense for what you get. Book ahead. Staff is nice and helpful but we overpaid for our laundry. From the original 50 rupees we got a final bill of 200 for 4 pieces!!Not nice from them but we decided to let it go and instead writing about it.

a quiet place not far from center”
quiet place at walking distance from center and instirical places, room kept although late arrival (after8pm) due to car problem, staff keen to help
This stay was no problem and we were upgraded in very good rooms. The staff was keen to help. The location is very good at the bottom of a temple hill wher we went for sun rise , very nice view. The Pushkar fair was a tremendous unique expérience for us and we recommend it. Should you be out of fair period, do not miss the sunset view from the main temple hill which overview all the country (be at least 1 hour before sunset at the top.

basic service for a camel fair price”
Internet, food, location
I was in Pushkar during the camel fair. So the prices were quiet high. The Shree Palace was still more or less reasonably priced. But I had a quiet bad room which originally was the "fitness centre" with the bed. Very basic. Maybe in the off-fair-season it's a better place.

Great staff but you don't get what you pay for.”
Staff, bed and grass.
It was very run down. I don't mind cheap as I'm a back packer but I felt it was not worth the 600 rupies when other places were much cheaper, nicer and closer to the city. However, the staff were really friendly and helpful which kinda made up for it.

Beware, hotel not as described”
Located near the fair grounds
ok this isn't a really bad place. they described on agoda, at least when we booked it, a standard non ac room having cable tv, a desk and free bottled water. the room they showed us was a box with no furniture and a squat toilet. after complaining, they did upgrade us to a better room, still no tv. they are quite friendly and willing to help out but i still can't recommend this place.

Great location, basic rooms”
Beautiful garden, takes you away from all the buzz
We are staying here now through the pushkar fair so rates are all pretty high every where. For the cost of this place when the fair is not on it is such a bargain! The rooms are clean, basic and there's hot water. The real seller though is the garden it's huge, clean and beautiful. The sunny rooms are the best. Great to sit out on the balcony and chillout from all the hustle of pushkar. Very easy walk to town, the family is very friendly also.

Great Location and clean rooms”
Clean Rooms
The hotel itself is fine for the budget traveller. The rooms are clean and well ventilated. The good thing about this hotel is that it's in a great location, only 2 minutes walk to the bus station and 10-15 minutes walk to the market and lake. Peter and Ganesh, owners of the hotel, are very helpful. They always see to it that everything is fine while you are staying with them.

Essen dauert etwas lange.
