Awful hotel”
Though I have booked AC room, but there was no AC rooms facility in that hotel. There was no minimum facilities in that hotel. It was really waste of money. I never expected a hotel like this from agoda.

Don't do it to yourself”
The guesthouse is disgusting it's like a prison. And I've been to some grotty places whilst travelling India but this was horrible! Damp covering all the walls, the bed and pillows were like concrete. The water was ice cold. We booked a "deluxe room" but when we got there we were told it wasn't available! But they said they would move us after the first night. The first box room we were in had no curtain in the bathroom so anyone opposite could just see us showering. The "deluxe room" we were moved to was only slightly bigger but by no means better. We were woken throughout the night by workers in the hallway just outside our room talking so loudly, we had to ask numerous times for them to be quiet. The walls are so thin it was like they were in the same room. It's way too expensive because it's an absolute tip. Not happy at all with our stay and had the worst nights sleeps there. Only good thing for us is that it was near the airport for our flight out.

Wow”
The three best things about this hotel are location, friendly staff, and location
By far, this was the worse hotel that I have ever stayed at. Certainly, the mud road that lead up to it had to do with the wet weather, so it might have been more tolerable during the dry season, but our taxi was not even allowed to go down it. We had to walk it! The bamboo scaffolding that rested directly in front of our door was rather annoying, and the antiquated padlock on the door took a while each time to get open. A new one does not really cost that much. And the Wifi? Well, it no longer existed, despite the fact that it was still listed on the website. I would settle for a room that was ten miles from the airport before ever staying there again!

One night before early flights”
near the airport, set back from the road, quiet
This guest house could do with better directions. The junction is well known but the final 50m proves rather difficult. 10 people couldn't help including tuktuk drivers, shop managers, random people or vegetable and fruit sellers .. In the end it took a phone call from a kind passerby to actually get me to the place. Just as a bit of help: It's set back off the main VIP road on the right if you're at the junction facing the airport and back towards the city by 50m on the left if you're walking back towards the city. The rooms are quite large, quite clean by Indian standards, both sheets and pillows were clean and only a few minutes walk to Green Chillies a very decent veg/non veg restaurant back by the junction. To be fair and honest, I can't recommend the place as anything more than a one night sleep before an early flight, but I don't think it's purpose is anything more substantial.
