The worst stay ever”

This stay was definitely the worst stay ever! The staff there is the worst Ive ever met. They are very rude and bad attitude. Before I went, I checked the review on Google and saw many bad reviews regarding this but I thought maybe its just personal experiences. OMG they are what the reviews said! They even hung up on me while I was asking abt check-in time and payment issues. They are so impatient and rude. Strongly recommend that DONT GO!

房間大，浴室設備極佳，房間小點心很貼心”

這次入住是雙人商務房，打開房門看到兩張雙人床有稍微嚇到，以為訂錯房型，但是房間也夠大覺得沒有影響(反而還能挑邊睡(哈)，浴室水壓夠，真的很滿意，小冰箱有準備飲料跟水還有餅乾泡麵，實在很貼心，商務房沒有獨立車庫，但是旁邊有設置停車場不用擔心沒地方停。下次還會想入住，非常推薦

第三次入住舒蘭，入住的是舞韻房R210，維持同樣相當有設計感的房間，個人非常喜歡圓弧型的牆壁，大小、舒適、乾淨、隔音都有相當的水準，下次來南投旅遊依然會選擇舒蘭。

房間豪華乾淨舒適又漂亮、雖然設備剛開始用就當機打到櫃檯很久才有人接 美中不足、按摩浴缸很大很舒服、浴室有用心佈置很美、覺得算是那個地區很好的旅館、早餐還有人準備好送上 很棒。

出乎意料的棒棒棒”

一進門口就有可愛的櫃檯小姐姐來迎接新，帶著兩個小孩已經很疲憊，但是櫃檯人員都很好，沒有因為晚了而顯得不悅之類的，一進到房間直呼好想連住兩天啊，價格非常優惠，環境很棒也很整潔乾淨，洗髮沐浴是用歐萊德又是一陣驚呼，空間比我想像中的大（覺得比他們自己拍的感覺大），總之就是這是第一間我願意上來評價的旅館，希望可以一直維持這樣的水平下去，有機會一定要再帶家人來住唷

很新很乾淨的一間汽車旅館，房間大住起來很舒適；早餐是一般的早餐店收費高了點，~ 下次去一定還會再訂這間，但不會加購早餐。

乾淨整潔新穎，員工親切有禮”

優點：商務房兩大床寬敞舒適 桌面夠多，放很多東西很方便 乾淨整潔，木質地板赤腳不覺得有沙塵 附清楚的節目表單，選台不會沒頭緒 遇到的員工都非常親切有禮 知名瑞士吹風機與沐浴用品，品質都很好 建議改善的地方： 1. 浴室有用過的一牙刷與刮鬍刀未清理到 2. 乾濕分離玻璃只有做一半，還是會濺濕到外面 3. 商務停車場應盡快整地，清除石頭與障礙物，並畫置車格 以上，以後有機會到南投旅行還是會想要再次入住
