房東親切，服務即時。房間乾淨整潔，四人房是兩房的隔間，附有一廚房流理台，很適合有嬰幼兒同行的家庭，浴室有浴缸，孩子們可以在浴缸內泡澡玩水，不過蓮蓬頭無法調整水壓大小，有點過於強力。早餐非常豐盛好吃（單份內容：沙拉三明治、果醬三明治、南瓜牛奶、薯條雞塊），又兼顧營養。沒有提供專屬車位，但附近很好停車。

浴室的隔音不好 樓上洗澡跟開水的聲音一清二楚 門的隔音效果也不好 有人進出大門 經過房門聲音都很清楚 去除隔音問題 其他都很棒 老闆的態度很親切 也會推薦附近好吃的食物 跟介紹周圍環境 早餐蠻好吃的

早餐簡單但很好吃 老闆還會送到民宿(或者可以去店裡吃)。 水里市區 所以要逛水里夜市(星期四) 第二天去車埕 都很方便。 小小建議 浴巾只有兩小條比較不方便 建議可以換大條一點 然後加個浴簾。

讚: 1. 性價超高的民宿。距離水里火車站不過是5-10分鐘的步行距離，附近有便利店街頭小吃，地理位置來說十分方便。 2. 民宿清潔度高而且很大，設施齊備而且裝潢十分有風格。我們住的是以藍色為主調的房間，很有希臘愛琴海的感覺。房間內還設有煮食用的洗滌枱，是很方便的設計。 3. 早餐美味而且有營養。民宿主人因應我們要求時間提供早餐，而且還是用機車直送到我們的門口，十分用心。 4. 民宿主人十分親切有禮，有問題都能用Line/facebook請教他們。 評: wifi 接收訊號一般，有時候會接收不到。

乾淨、整潔、房間沒有異味，感覺的出來民宿主人很用心的對待每一位旅客～最驚豔的是早餐，有三明治、炸物、水果、飲品！有別以往住民宿的經驗呢！以後來水里，一定還會再造訪！值得推薦

離火車站、便利商店、知名麵攤近，都是步行可以到的距離；浴室整潔、水力夠強；附的早餐有一份三角形三明治、熱咖啡、水果跟薯條雞塊，也是挺澎派的。老闆人很好，因為有帶腳踏車，特別安排了有客廳的房型，整體裝潢簡單整潔。
