Hands down a great spot, especially if arriving or departing by bus, train, or plane... ”
Staff was exceptionally attentive, able to schedule and pick up departing bus ticket, taxi, everything! Way easier and worry free getting to main highway bus terminal than from city centre area.. Less than 10 minutes drive ( took us over an hour with traffic in mid day/mid week to get from downtown to hotel.)

Staff doesn't understand anything or just the key words. The building of the hotel is new but start to be abyss. Very closed to the airport but no atmosphere.

Good hotel near airport”
We stayed here because we arrived late at the airport. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Unfortunately the room we stayed in had a rat and it was dirty, however as soon as we reported it they gave us a better room. We would stay there again.

Worse hygienic ”
We have spend a whole month in Myanmar and this was the worse hotel we had! It seems that he room was not cleaned at all! The bathroom was dirty, the floor in the room as well, the sheets looked like they weren't washed! The shower towel on the ground was so dirty, shoesprint on it! Horrible! The breakfast was small and the place to eat not nice at all. There was like an office in the kitchen. To many staff, they don't have work at all! They say that they have shuttle service to the airport, but you have to pay for the hotel taxi and then they try to ask to much, really sad! This hotel was bad in total! To expensive for what you get!

Friendly and helpful staff. Even though the hotel is near the highway bus station (15 minutes by car), it is located at a remote housing area and a few hundred metres from the main road Most taxi drivers are not familiar with its location. The plus side is the rooms are clean with good hot water and air-conditioning and the staff most helpful and friendly.

free one time airport pick up, next one will cost you 4000k. Room is stylish but small. free breakfast buffee but many flies and only 2 or 3 choices. the location looks near airport but actually it needs more than 20min.

Mixed emotions”
We actually liked staying here & we kept on renewing night after night but eventually we noticed a few issues. Staff never went up to fix our rooms when we were not there & that was particularly inconvenient because we stayed there around 5 nights. None of the staff spoke good English and they frequently sent us the wrong order of food to our room. The internet was so slow in the rooms I had to use my 3G most of the time. Water in the shower is also very weak, could barely take showers. The staff were nice & tried their best to accommodate our needs & the building is new & the rooms are not small. They don't have service charge & their rates of conversion to the dollar are accurate. All in all we recommend this place for budget travelers if the management would work on these small issues.

A bit too expensive”
The staff was amazing, the restaurant is ok, but there's not much choice for breakfast. As a vegetarian, I only ate rice - this never happened before. - _- The bathroom was alright, but they'll need to put more effort in cleaning the floor thoroughly before someone stays there. The Internet is slow,but manageable with a lot of patience. The staff unfortunately doesn't really speak English, but they'll do their best to accommodate an intruder like me. :D

A hotel that is still a work in progress ”
Further away from the airport than expected and in an outer suburban area. The hotel is relatively new and still having a lot of teething issues. No hot water, no tea/coffee in the room and dirty towels on the floor. For some unknown reason the staff woke me at 7.05 to let me know that breakfast was ready to be served. Breakfast was severely lacking in choices and quantity.

We were checked in Room 304. There were spiders, ants and cockroaches.”
We requested for a room transfer. The staff was nice. He instantly transferred us to Room 404 but the situation was the same. We were not able to sleep well. The pillow cases and bed sheets were also dusty. Such a bad experience.

Dismal at best”
Half built, shoddy finishings, no water pressure therefore no shower, grubby walls - most definitely NOT 3 star - maybe 1 star. The staff were as helpful as they could be under the circimstances. They need to think about finishing this hotel to a decent standard before they carry on with the BUILDING SITE NEXT DOOR. Would not recommend and feel sorry for the lively staff.
