Great location in Pattaya”
Hotel is clean and well appointed. Great location for Walking Street Access. Check in and out process could be improved and staff could be a lot more friendly!

Nice hotel but ashame obout the drains”
Lovely hotel - breakfast buffet is good and the seafood buffet across the road at their seafront restaurant is great. The only real downside of this hotel is this open drain that runs through the property. You have to cross a bridge to get to the pool and the smell is horrendous. They have finally got the message about this drain as they are putting large pipes in and over filling them - but for the 2 weeks we were there work went on for 2 days only - it might get finished in the next two years at this rate. What is this hotel thinking about.

Tropical resort smelly sewage”
Good location. Had every thing a 5* should have. My complaint is the residential complex is across a smelly canal separate to the lobby\resturant\bar areas. The smell on some days is quite dreadful ,not what you need to be smelling as you cross for breakfast. Please feed the fish. 20 bht.they seemed hungry.

Not for a family, No beach, Sewage canal runs through the hotel”
Pros: The hotel is covered in greenery, beautiful architecture, next to walking street and the pattaya pier fot talking the boats to island, great breakfast, rooms decent size, allowed to check in early and checkout late. Cons: sewage canal runs trough the hotel and the smell is unbearable. The canal is close to the swimming pool. The road on the other side of the hotel Pattaya Sai2 Road is horrible as there are no places to go with a family, have to get tuctuc to go a bit further to nicer parts, choice of restaurants around the hotel is very poor as there is nowhere decent to dine with the family, there are no beaches next to the hotel. The nearest beach is 15 mins walk through walking street but no one swims there as the beach is jam packed with speed boats the other nearest beach is Jomtien which is 15 mins by tuctuc. We ended up taking a boat to the island to go to the beach there (30bht per person each way) and a tuctuc on the island (30bht per person each way). Gym poor.

Quiet Amongst the Cacophony”
Pattaya is the very definition of the word 'cacophony', but despite the fact Siam Bayshore is but a minute walk from the heart of Pattaya, the facility is surprisingly tranquil. The decor both in the public areas and rooms is lovely, and the guest rooms are spotless. The staff, whether at the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping are friendly and helpful. I have probably stayed in this hotel 25 times over the last decade or two, and I've never had a bad experience there. There has been some construction of a water containment facility that runs through the property, and I've read comments that it can give off unpleasant aromas, but my latest visit in March 2018 was fine. The construction continues, but even on hot and humid days there was no smell.

Tremendous location at the end of Walking Street and a very short walk to the pier for all types of recreational boating -- including ferries to the islands. Breakfast buffet was tremendous and an excellent value.

Awesome hotel”
We were in for a surprise as its at the edge of the Walking street and the in-house travel desk lady Ms Nook Nook got us the best of the deals and managed everything nicely and explained is in details. The hotel is clean and green except for the sewage work currently on which is right under the bridge which connects the the 2 buildings though there are various bypasses available but that's the only sight which takes a bit of charm away from the hotel. Hope they fix it soon. The breakfast is great and the hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. The pool is maintained and finding a spot along can be a challenge as most people drop their stuff on the chairs early morning and probably head for breakfast so it's a little weird to have these empty chairs and just booked in advance sort of for the best spots. They should have the guest either be seated on those and Not allow this kind of an arrangement with the pool staff. All and all good location and value for money.
