Great Location”
It is located at the heart of Hat Yai. The room is not in a good condition - shower knob kept on falling, safety box in the room not working, hair dryer not working, bath tub has a lot of stains and it starts to chip off. But since we are always out - I would say it is manageable. The room was nice for my son and he enjoyed staying there. What makes this hotel recommendable for me is the service they provide - they always smile and tried there best to be of service though language is still a barrier. I like the food serve in their restaurant.

Strategic Location”
The hotel itself look pretty old school, it's seems like no renovation done for more than 15 years, however the hotel location is very close to the Centre Mall and Lee Garden Plaza with walking distance of 5mins. Air Con is strong inside the room, the built-in room carpet can really make us feel warm. It's will be great if renovation take place in the hotel to change the overall look and feel. Staff service is good, they do help us to book a car from hotel to Hat Yai custom (as we're taking ETS train in Padang Besar, Perlis). But I don't like the arrangement where the driver drop us at the Hat Yai custom without sending us to ETS train station (it's about 10mins driving distance). Thus, my husband n I will need to walk all the way from Hat Yai to KL with heavy bags.

Lovely hotel, good service and friendly staff”
our stay at the siam center hotel was really superb. we loved the location which was easily accessible to the places that we wanted to go. furthermore, the hotel staff were friendly and the room service was very good. all our demand were met with smile. we will recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives. we are looking forward to come back again to hatyai and stay at the same hotel.

hotel is located in the center of city. easy and convenient to walk around to look for food,massage and shopping. we has enjoy the food and massage very much. here also to get local taxi (tuk-tuk) to outskirts of city like hat yai municipal park, wat hat yai nai and floating market. we has a relax and enjoyable stay here for 2 days. i will recommend it to my friends.

good hotel and reasonable price. the staff was friendly and helpful. safe location and walking distant to all shopping malls and restaurants. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. they kept our passports during the stay but it was no problem. if i come back to hat yai, i will definitely stay here and will of course recommend it to my friends.

it was indeed a memorable experience to stay in siam center hotel...the room is very clean except that our room didn't have windows to look out to...but overall, the price is affordable and the room is spacious....however, the air- cond...was not function well, as it got warm at times but most of the times it was ok too....but i will really recommend this hotel to my friends in future because of its strategic location, reasonable price and spacious room...security wise, it is quite secure too...because i found it hard to unlock my door...

this hotel was ok for us, as the location was good near the night market with shopping area, we will happy to stay at siam centre hotel, especially one of the bell boy name ah peng he was a nice guy to us, he helping us to contact all air ticket and bus agent when our flight was mis off due to tigerairways cancal the flight with out informing and locate us, in late min we need to get extra bus ticket to go back from haityai to singapore where the hotel bell boy ah peng helping us to alot, we will like to thank you the hotel reception staff and ah peng especially him thank you. from mr seah stay at the hotel 21/3/12 to 26/3/12 (6 day)

during my stay at the hotel, the service was great..! especially the carpark security working on duty. he was very kind and alert to take care of my motorbike because i travel there by my motorbike. room cleanliness 9/10.. but the toilet need to revamp because of the tap is not in good condition. and lastly hotel does not provide for travel plug and i have to buy one. overall, its fun and interesting experience.. thanks agoda for recommend me such hotel.

Pretty good value for the money”
This hotel is walking distance from the railway station, bus stop to Songkla and major attractions like Gim Yong market, many other markets and Lee Gardens Plaza. I hardly use taxis during my stay. The only downside is the rooms are not all the same. I was given one with a drainage and AC problem but they were quick to give me another room. They told me there was no WiFi in the rooms but I found a number of available free networks. The hotel look respectable and it is quiet. I am a non-smoker and had to put up with someone smoking on my floor. Non-smoking signs in this part of the world (SE Asia except Singapore)generally do not mean much.
