Exceptional”
We actually booked the duplex double room (loft style) and when we arrived there we were told by the staff that the room is under maintenance. I felt a bit disappointed as we chose this place because of that specific room. Because of the unfortunate incident they offered to return back 50% of my payment thru agoda as a compensation. After settling to the new room they offered, we went around to see the neighborhood and the amenities inside. I am happy to say that we were impressed by the cleanliness of the gym and pool. The gym is not crowded and we were able to exercise as long as we want. The pool at the roof top has the best view. The neighborhood is also great as we only need to walk around 3 minutes to get to Gateway. I will recommend this place to anybody who wish to have peaceful and meaningful staycation. Despite the unforeseen circumstances about the unavailability of the room we booked, I will definitely come back here again.

Nothing short of awesomeness!”
I’ve got a one bedder studio for my 6 nights stay there and it was a wonderful experience. Pear has been extremely helpful and I managed to get a room on the 25th floor which has an amazing view, especially given that it has full length floor to celling glass window. Because they are service apartments, they are fully equipped with a big smart Tv, washing machine, stove, utensils, cutleries, proper size fridge, etc. Very modern decor and the bed is so comfortable. Not to mention their reasonable rates, it is everything more than I can ask for. As for location, it might be a tad further from the popular shopping areas in bkk but there’s a nearby mall, Gateway Ekkamai and Ekkamai BTS, both just 5mins walk away. Very happy with my stay n looking forward to be back the next time.

Cozy place at good price”
Room was clean, cozy and nicely designed. There was also daily housekeeping that is usually not provided for at usual apartment-style accommodations. Nice sunset skyline view from level 7. Could not ask for more! Located approximately 250m away from the nearest BTS station and easily accessible to shopping district few stations down. Also surrounded by many hipster cafes and famous Wattana Panich beef soup noodles.

Great location, close to BTS. Really nice and clean room, great bathroom, nice views from our room. Swimming pool and gym were small but nice touch. Would definitely recommend for any stay in Bangkok in a central location.

Great units for living and holiday rents”
Siamese 42 was the place my husband and I chose to live for almost 10 months. All the amenities are great, the people working there is so kind and friendly, specially Mr X. The rooftop pool has one of the most amazing view from Bangkok! Highly recommend it!!

It's still new and clean, cozy place for stay, good for 1-2. I really love their blanket, different from other place used and thin kind of blanket. But I would say, the swimming pool photos maybe give guest wrong impression, thats not the swimming pool hotel guest can use. because I asked the concierge, they told me it's only 7th floor for hotel guest use, no access to rooftop swimming pool. Kind disappointed about this. Rest all are super good.

Cheap service apartment but more attention to cleaniness needed”
This property is great for it's price, location and its size. The staff are friendly and the facilities are great. The only minor issue is cleanness especially in between the sofa. If the cleaning staff paid slightly more attention, then it would have been a 10/10 stay.

This place is very close to the station, 5min from station. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to stay this condo instead of hotel if you don’t need to have hotel breakfast.

Booked a duplex unit and was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and view from balcony. Facilities was decent although both pool and gym was quite small. Location was just a stone's throw from Gateway Ekkamai and BTS. Definitely good value for money.

very upmarket apartment hotel ** req. credit card or cash deposit !!!!! --- I dont rec. credit card deposit after being scammed twice after visisting BK ** my bank now will not honour any fraud on credit card used as deposit ** they say they dont take any funds , but it goes from your account and is not returned for sometimes up to a month ** its an accounting scamm to have large sums of money on hand to use that doesnt belong to them

Misleading photos”
The staff here are amazing, and the units are clean and as described. However, the management is misleading people with the photos of the amenities. They're using photos of rooftop amenities that are only accessible by the condo owners. The gym and the pool in the photos which show a really great view are NOT the ones you'd get access to. The pool you'd get the access to is located on the 7th floor and has a covered roof so there is no sunbathing by the pool. The view is limited and very different from the 32nd floor one they show in the photo (I have been up there with the condo owner). The gym is also smaller, and of course, the view from the 7th floor obstructed by surrounding buildings is also very different from the unobstructed view from the 32nd floor. I had filed a complaint with Agoda and there simply said "Management states pool and gym is accessible from the 7th floor only" No mention of instructing the hotel to change the photos or anything like that. It is pretty amazing that Agoda is ok with hotels using amenities belonging to another 'building.' Also, there is no hot tub. (Hot tub is on the 32nd floor which again, only the condo owners have access to)

Cosy area, close to the Ekkimai cafe and bar streer”
Location is great, just a couple of stops from the Central Siam area. It takes approximately 30-40mins to get around via BTS! Ekkimai is also an amazing place for cafes, so I would recommend it if you're looking for a nice, quiet place to stay. There's even a 24hr cafe open nearby. Rooms are spacious and you can cook. Would definitely recommend, and I personally would stay here again myself.

Great Stay at Siamese 42”
Wonderful stay here. A bit of hiccup on the first day after check in as the card reader for the lights and electricity seems to be faulty but all was sorted in less then 10 minutes. Located 3 blocks away from Ekkamai BTS. Lots of food option at the Gateway mall and there’s a supermarket there too. I’ll definitely stay here again
