All the staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. They made me feel welcome and at home during my stay. Brandon and Honeybelle were especially kind to me as they were my personal butlers during my stay and took very good care of me as well as showed me around Siargao. Thank you so much for everything I definitely will be back one day. Siargao Bleu is an outstanding resort!
The resort should improve its sewage system as the bathroom stinks at certain times of the day. Bathroom fixtures should be upgraded. Spa ettiquette of spa employees could use improvements.
One of the nice hotels in Siargao”
Nice hotel with beach and pool. I think this is one of the nice hotels in Siargao. Breakfast is good. My only problem with this hotel is that the pluming is noisy even at night. There is a noise coming out of the pipes even at night.
Good location between General Luna and Cloud 9 but need transportation for these sites... if you like to go out for other restaurants around General Luna you can't go by foot (only 2 or 3 restaurants near the hotel). Still quiel expensive for Philippines.
Breakfast is superb, Restroom drainage stinks”
Since I worked abroad and i missed Filipino dishes, their breakfast buffet (fried rice, tapa, daing na bangus, tocino, sausage, etc.) is a thumbs up for me! The place is near cloud9 and other known restaurants, compared to how far Nay Palad and Bayud from establishments. Staffs are very friendly. My only concern is the bathroom drainage that stinks.
We got an awful room, next to the stairs. The sewage of the toilet sink stinks when you enter the room. The curtains are not properly installed, wrong set for tall window. In the balcony, you cannot use because of the palm branches obstructing your view. It was a bad experience...
Nice hotel had a good time staying room not ready due to some unexpected incident thy gave us complimentary body n foot massge the room was awesome very good bfast buffett but a little bit pricy excursions staff very helpful a d friendly
Great accommodation in Siargao”
Booking Siargao Bleu was the best decision we had for the trip. Wished we could've stayed longer in the villa (it was already fully booked for the week). Great food for breakfast, service and facilities were excellent. The only downside was the hot water but that's not a big deal. The resort has the excellent view and ambiance. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Siargao!
Not a 4star experience.”
Stayed there for 2days Feb20-22. The hotel is nice. Got picturesque beauty of the pool/beach. Got floating villas ala Bali/Maldives style :) Food served at Karagatan restaurant were fantastic. (also bfast!) But quite disappointed because one of the best sellers or must try crabs werent available so we hadnt had a chance to taste it.. On the other hand, There was a shortage/minimum supply of water (cr) from late night up to early morning. It was so hassle on our part since because we need to wash up using our bottled water. Staff said it was the first time it happened, but I don't think so based on past reviews of this hotel. We've booked terraces room. It's good. Sky cable channels got poor signal. No actions taken from their part. No follow ups from staff/front desk. Overall, I can say it's not a 4star experience.. maybe i just expected too much. i didnt pay this much to experience water problem, poor tv cable channels, out of stock food items.. it needs improvement :)
Incredible service ”
Facilities were slightly above average however the service was phenomenal. Special thank you to Brandone and Rex for taking such great care of me!!
5 days stay ”
Staff were very good, Tess at the reception desk is an excellent worker and so with Vash in the dining area. The ambience was nice but the rooms are NOT well maintained. The rooms need to be updated and fixed for long term use not just on a short term basis. Food in the dining area were all good, lots of. Choices during breakfast and changed everyday.
Not worth of money ”
Airport transfer service was nice and just in time. Resort is outside of General Luna so you need always a transfer (tricycle or rental scouter). The choice of meals in restaurant is a little bit poor. The breakfast was good. The pool is nice. The furniture in room are old and partly damaged. Sometimes no hot water available. so you have a nice refreshment under shower 😁. WiFi and Globe signal poor. TV has often bad signal. There are better resorts for less money.
Beautiful!! The staff were all very helpful. CHEAP quality massages! it's about a 5 minute scooter ride from all the action in General Luna and about 5 min scooter ride the other direction to Cloud 9 Boardwalk. Just a forewarning (not against the hotel) There is no pharmacy in General Luna area. Nowhere even sells advil or cough syrup. The closest one was in a different town about 30-40 min scooter ride. So make sure you pack some meds because we sure needed it.
We decided to spend our 3rd year anniversary in the hotel to make our day extra special. Upon arriving, there's a free buko juice as welcome drinks and they have greeted us by putting Happy Anniversary greetings in our room. Great experience and pool is beautiful and food is pricey but tasty :)
The resort had everything we need, but a bit overpriced for the location”
the room was infront if the pool so it was very convenient if you want to take a quick swim in the morning, however, rooms are designed that sliding doors are facing each other so privacy was an issue for us. Food was not as good as we expected but the overall trip was good.
The pool is actually nice, the breakfast were just okay not so much choices, staffs were nice and friendly except for those in-charge during breakfast (they were unattentive), rooms were quite nice but outdated, bed needs to be totally replaced cause there were insects biting us, aircon unit is old and weak. unfortunately, it was not a comfortable sleep. for the money we paid, you can get a lot better hotels in siargao.
Great place, but needs a good facelift and upkeep. ”
The resort seems to have already seen better days. Room we stayed in was really nice, generously sized and very clean. Breakfast buffet is limited, but a la carte menu offers great choices (our favourite was the bulalo pho). But facilities within the property need an upkeep, especially the 2nd-floor spa with peeling paint on the railing, rather unkempt plants that need trimming, and grimy cushion covers and curtains.
Beautiful pool setup and nice Staff but that’s all.”
Stayed in floating villa. Smelly shower, water supply cut off twice during our 3 nights stay without advance notice (one during the night and the other on our last day to check out), no 24 hours customer service to find out what is going on with water supply, mouldy pool flooring, overprice (even have the guts to charges us extra for my 9 yo son) after all the this trouble with water supply. Rooms need renovation. I will try other resort next time.
Not worth for the money ! 2 star hotel ”
The receptionists / front desk are really unprofessional and not well trained, either speak in good English . Compare with other hotels I stay which are cheaper and the receptionists at every other hotels I stayed in General Luna are much more helpful and knowledgeable. The room has very poor sound proof and bar next door play loud music until 3 am which makes impossible to sleep. Room furnitures are old and WiFi is off most of the time . Electricity power off many times a day . The only good thing of this hotel is the pool.
Surely be back in this amazing place!
