"i have read some previous feedback reg. poor rooms and outdated facilities. But our room now was excellent, always enjoyed getting back to the hotel after a day tour or strolling at the town. The pool is great and spacious. The staff is very accommodating, feels like being at home away from home. the great buffet breakfast has something for most tastes and cultures. Some complain about the location, but I don't see why. It is centrally located near the Royal Independence Gardens, that is a beautiful park. Pub Street and Night Market is within 15 min walking distance along the beautiful river or take a tuk tuk for 1-2 $. Restaurants and malls are also within 5-10 min walking. The tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel are accommodating and easy to go with. Only the spa is in need of a fresh-up and so also the spa staff. We really enjoyed our long (11 nights) stay here and wouldn't doubt to use this hotel again, if ever in Siem Reap again."

"Wow! What an incredible hostel. We stayed at Lub D in Phuket a few weeks ago, and when we saw a location in Siem Reap, we booked without hesitation. This is a brand new hostel (opened a few months ago) from a forward thinking company. Much thought was put into the Lub D brand to create a wonderful experience for travelers. My husband and I stayed in the private STANDARD KING room and much like the Phuket location, this room had all of the amenities needed and more. Shower with a curtain so the entire floor does not get wet, great pressure from the shower heads (shampoo / body soap dispenser provided); full length mirror on both sides of the sliding bathroom door; large safe box (fits 13" laptop); electric water kettle: fridge and strong hairdryer also in room. New Samsung TV with smarthub features (can play YouTube videos). This goes into great room design and huge convenience for travelers: there's a universal outlet with a USB port on BOTH sides of the bed to charge your devices. There is one set of washer/dryer on the 3rd floor located in each of the the shared bathrooms (also very clean!). So one set for the men's and one set for the women's located on the floor close to the shared rooms / dormitories. We didn't stay in the shared rooms but the common area is a great place to unwind for solo travelers. Many group events take place by the lobby/pool area if you want mingle with others. We arrived on a Saturday evening, just in time for the pool party. Such a great vibe and incredible music from DJ Krissna. Two computers are available at the front desk if you need to research or print (such as your e-tickets). They also have a tour desk to help you book excursions and transport. I believe they have their own tuktuk drivers in the front, as well as bicycles for rent. If your room includes free breakfast, don't skip it! Breakfast is also all-day, so even if you leave at 4:30am to see the Angkor Wat sunrise, come back and have your breakfast! Lots of options on"

"I highly recommend this place! The hotel staff were great - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities are nice - including the outdoor pool. There is a cheap internet place across the street and also Lucky Mall which has a grocery store, ice cream shop, ATM, etc. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to town (or $1 US tuk tuk ride). Definitely head to town (Pub Street) for dinner. There are a lot of great, inexpensive places to eat (and drink). We really enjoyed our stay here and in Siem Reap and highly recommend the hotel. "

"Took my shoes off at the door and was suddenly welcomed by a smile! One of many smiles I received during my stay at Onederz!! The check in process was simple and easy, I got shown to my room and a staff members took my bag to my room, I walked into the dorm amd honestly it was like walking into a hotel!! Spacious rooms with lockers for your luggage and valuables, a padlock is given on check in also! I was delighted by the services offered at this Hostel, Laundry, Bus tickets (international also), printing and so much more... The best service I took whilst staying here was their tour, Mr Hat's Angkor Wat Travel Tour... greeted by the man himself and explained step by step what would be included and the places we would visit... I took the private tour which was by far the best thing I've done in Cambodia!! the team at Onederz including Mr Hat himself are all divine and will go to every measure to make sure your stay in Siem Reap is sensational!! A wide variety of dormitory's with 4, 6 and 12 beds and best of all a while private building filled with private rooms accross the road.... You won't find anything better in Siem Reap, you definitely get what you pay for!!!! This place feels so much like home, I never wanted to leave! The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu is perfect for note to eat or a sit down meal, you won't be disappointed with the quality or the friendly service to your table? the common area lies on the ground floor of the main building offering a variety of seating and relaxing beanbags in the corner to chill out on... there's always a gentle touch of music that sets the mood and is calm and relaxed!! What more could you want??!! but wait that's not all, the rooftop pool is crystal clear with an abundance of sunshine and many great laughs with other guests soaking in the sun or in the pool itself! I don't know how better to rate this Hostel because it deserves 100% it's near perfection but pretty damn close!!!! Yousi (The owner) alw"

"Okay, so it's not the best hotel in Siem Reap, but it is fantastic value for money, especially for short stays. There is so much to see in Siem Reap, you don't need all the facilities that the big hotels / resorts provide. It is close to the markets and Pub Street. It does have a pool, free wi-fi in all areas, a room safe, and all the facilities necessary. It doesn't have car parking, child minding and all those extra trimmings. The staff were fantastic and helpful. I wish that we had stayed our full 4 nights here rather than moving to a resort after 1 night and saved heaps to be able to spend more on the fantastic food around the city. The beds are very firm / hard, but this seems to be normal in SE Asia. Our room had a balcony and we were entertained watching the streetscape below and trying to figure out the local road rules. Would definitely stay here again as the value for money is fantastic."

"I stayed in Shinta Mani for 4 nights with my friends. I must admit that as a frequent traveller (travelled 4-5 times a year), this is the best accommodation experience that I have ever had!!!! Staff are exceptionally professional and passionate. You can simply feel how much they love their job and how they want to serve you from the bottom of their hearts. They enjoy chatting with travellers to establish personal bondings, understanding customers preference to provide best in class service. It is much more than "friendly staff". Every time when you came back to the hotel they handed over cold towel to clean your face and hand. When you are back to the room it is tidied up ( I mean they tidy it up every time when you are out!!!! So every time when you are back you can rest in a completely cosy room) Hotel breakfast is amazing - apart from the buffet, it's all you can eat for the a la crate until you are full. Food varies from Asian to western and they are soooooo tasty! Me and my friends all think it's the best meal we had in the whole Siem Reap. It also amazed me by the complimentary service it had. During your stay you can clean your shoes here for free (believe me shoes get really muddy after a long day in Angkor). It's just like I bought a new pair of shoes! During your stay you can enjoy both facilities in the club and the resort (just in the opposite side). When we went swimming in the resort, we were completely shocked at the staff handing over free coconut ice cream and freer massage. If you are travelling to Siem Reap, I strongly recommend Shinta Mani to you! Believe in me that it will be the best part of your trip! Thanks to staff in Shinta Mani for providing me such an amazing experience."

"Very comfortable and soft bed, nice pool. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Only small complaint is I had a few tiny bugs (ants?) in the bathroom coming from the floor drain. I asked front desk to have housekeeping spray but they persisted for 2 days. Never got bit or saw them much outside bathroom. From what I hear this is not uncommon for this area, so I don’t think it is so much a reflection on the hotel or cleanliness. Would definitely stay again!"
