Clean comfortable bed”
If you are a tourist visiting Kuala Lumpur then you don't want to be in this hotel. This is more for someone who has business or meetings in Kota Damansara. The closest LRT station is Kelana Jaya and I'd recommend that you take a cab to the LRT station...it is about RM12. The hotel is close to several schools, like Segi University and Sri KDU Primary, Secondary and International Schools. The rooms are big and very clean. Even the towels are white and nice. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something in Kota Damansara.The bed was firm which is exactly how I like it and the sheets were clean. It is cheaper to book the room directly through the hotel than through agoda.

My family and I had a nice experience there. Eventhough it is small hotel and looks more like a motel to me, I' m satisfied with the room and the staff were friendly too. If you are staying in Kota Damansara, this is one place you should consider. Another thing is that, the security is very good. No one can't enter the building unless if you're a guest there.

Clean & Quiet hotel ”
main reason for staying there is business. Have to avoid bad traffic at Kota Damansara. Hotel is quiet and rooms is clean with good and comfortable bedding and pillows. Toilet and bathroom condition was superb. Wifi a bit slow. Flat Tv in room but not much channels. Far from shopping area so if you come to KL for shopping or visiting places, it's not easy if you don't have a transport. A lot of eateries nearby and at Cova square which is around 500 meters from hotel. The reception lady is very friendly and always ready to attend you when you need/ ask something. But you have to contact hotel in advance for check in/out as there's no 24 hr reception service.

it was a nice good room. worth for the money but the reception close at 11pm. as they have a University nearby and that university offers part time Degree, MBA and PHD courses, they should know there will be students travelling. Myself from Johor Bahru and i drive up to Kota Damansara once a month on Friday after finishing my work at 8pm, get ready and leave jb at 10pm, will reach Kota Damansara about 3 hrs of drive and they don't allow late check in!!!! Its so near to the Uni yet im unable to stay there due to the check in time!!!

Clean & cosy hotel”
Owner (lady) was very helpful as i came very late 12am due to flight delay. She message me to confirm before arrive. The room is big & clean (much better than 3 to 4 star hotel that I have stay before). For muslim, room was provided with kiblat.

Pleasant type within quick reach of SEGi Universit”
Pleasant and very fulfilling given that my main purpose was a visit to my son at SEGi university. Signature Hotel is the only one which is within walking distance of SEGi University and is situated next to the SEGi Residences.

Value for money”
This room is simple and offers basic facilities eg bed, good air-con, TV, water dispenser and ensure toilet. Though basic they are very clean and good! It is near to Segi University, Mamak and Chinese foodstalls although it is a quite a distance to city centre (taxi is always the way :) ) Hence it is worth the money especially for budget travelers. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

the staff was so rude and treats us like we are staying there for free and the deposit was quite expensive but the staff is seriously so rude and poor in English n bahasa melayu and the staff was a Chinese guy

Rude and arrogant attendant”
I don't feel welcome. Guest has to accommodate the reception's time instead of the other way around. Accused me of smoking inside the room when I didn't. Even suggested me to find another hotel next time. I swear I will. And should she told me earlier I wouldn't even checked in and asked my money back. Hell no, no next time.
