PROBLEM ON PARKING SPACE”
Had to spent RM10 per day for parking front of hotel. No proper guideline on where customers to park the car. Asked the staff at counter, she said she also not sure because she came to work using LRT. The google map location showing different point, not to exact location.
I actually had problems with my key cards causing me to have to change rooms 3 times. It was hard because i was alone with two toddlers. I am sorry but i don't usually leave reviews but this is just unacceptable. Air con not up to par, eventho i switched it to 16 degrees also not cold at all. My son was in his diapers and sweating a lot. Im sorry but i will never come here again.
This hotel should be rated as 2-star and not a 3-star. Low quality towels with permanent patchy color on them. Air-cond requires a full service because it wasn't cold enough. Room 412 must be avoided at all cost because the size of the room and also it is located at the very end, one will presume that this room is for those who wish for a quickie! The wall was dirty too!
I will state what i encountered and you judge for yourself. I went to check into the hotel at 11pm. The check in was smooth, and I was given the key card. I went up and down 3 times because the key card does not allow me to open the door. After I went into the room, the key card holder was making a terrible tick tok noise which makes it hard for anyone to sleep with. I went to the front desk to change a room. And was given a room 3 classes down. I went to the front desk to ask for money back for the difference or a refund as it was unfair. I was rejected and was told to call Agoda. I called Agoda and Agoda talked to the Front desk. after an hour, the hotel asked me to take the lower class room and gave me the amount in difference between the classes. I entered my room at 1am. and found that the room was filthy, with water black stains on the wall below the air condition. The shower head was rusty or very dirty. The experience was bad.
Due to emergency had to stay in a hotel overnight n this is one of the nearest hotels around n we prefer 3* and above. We went out to do some things after checking in. When we return at night to take a bath, the shower does not have hot water. Have to change to the room next door. The ad on Agoda write got bath tub but actually don't have. Felt cheated. Anyway, at least we get a proper night sleep.
Bad experience at Signature Hotel Setiawalk Puchong”
The staff was very unfriendly and has a very bad service attitude. I waited for 20 mins for check-in although I was the only customer checking in at that time! Plus the lobby has no air-cond while I was waiting, really a bad experience. The room was also dirty: vandalised wall, dirty bedsheet, amenities not complete (not matched with what is written on Agoda website), room air-cond is very warm despite setting it at 16 degree celcius. Horrible place! Will not go back again and strongly not recommended at all!

I stayed in this hotel for a night. I drove to Puchong and parked my car at the basement carpark of the hotel. Upon checked out, I was told that guests are expected to pay for the parking and there is no free parking for the hotel guests at the hotel area.

their room rate low. no tooth brush. room dirty. lots of mosquitos. location is in setiawalk. nothing much. their night time front desk two guys were very rude. not polite at all. they wanted to keep room deposit 100 rm. room rate itself 66 rm. after all you can except all this thing with cheaper price. front desk guys were very rude and was fighting with late night. they some more say they are the manager. i strongly disapprove to stay here.
Good price, good location, basic room”
Front desk officer is friendly. Good price and good location, with plenty of entertainment spots nearby. TGV cinema nearby is great. However, upon check in, I feedback about the ceiling light flickering. According to front desk officer that she would get it fixed before I return from dinner. It wasn't fixed till check out.

The only problem is parking. Even though there are abundant of parking space, the only problem is that i have to pay every time i went outside. if you're about to stay overnight then its not a problem, but if you have a lot of plan, then you have to pay each time u park.
Pleasant. Value for money. need improvement on the lift, car park access, autopay parking machine, cleaning Nepali or bangla guy needs a slap the way he talks, toilet door could have been solid instead of this blurred glass, air con goes warm sometimes, worst coffee in the world, other than that location is great, hotel part of a plaza so cinema, restaurants, bars all are downstairs, will book this place again
Easy for food & beer, Clean, easy & cheap parking. It's location in Setia Walk which consist a lot of restaurant (Chinese, Japanese, western, fushion), beer house, 7-eleven and also supermarket. Easy to locate, facing the main road.
New Hotel and Friendly Staff”
This is a new hotel, not bad but so unlucky the internet *WIFI is down during my stay. Easy to find restaurant and if you like pub, walking distance may reach... Location for me is great near to my aunt house 6/7 min drive as we are there to attend wedding.

Poor reception service, my friend leave a message to me before I check in but they never inform me. ”
Than, 3 times I told receptionist to give morning call at 3am due to my morning flight but luckily I woke up myself & notice they never did. Environment a lots of African & stranger, especially ladies coming in & out in the hotel with Africa.
When i check in Room pillow are not coverd naked pillow and dirty I call reception to report the prb ,but she said house keeping are going for lunch (230pm) But they send them to my room at 530pm . Ridiculous! The tower are dirty alot blood print or dirty print on it! Luckily i bring my own tower Aircond suck After i sleep, suddenly too hot the aircond are not working , after report they just give me another controler and ask me to wait another 10min I required to changedbut until 3am still not have any feedback!

Though the hotel location is pretty strategic however the inside was awful. 1. Could feel the spring on the bed, I assumed its super old. 2. There were bathroom flies in the toilet. 3. Air conditioner water was leaking after 2 hours, made the floor so wet and it got so dirty everywhere. 4. Even the pillows and the pillow cases were dirty.

Stayed in this hotel few times and this was the worst experience ever. So unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staffs. Treated us with long face and finding it difficult for her to open her mouth to talk or explain things. I had to ask questions myself to clarify whether the checking in process is completed. If i didnt ask, i would have ended up standing at the front desk the whole day. The girls at front desk are more interested in doing their own job and using handphones rather than attending customers which is what they are paid for. Will not book a stay in this hotel again unless no choice.
