“Luxurious Stay with Stunning Haeundae Ocean Views”
We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Signiel Busan. The hotel has a very classy and luxurious atmosphere from the moment you step in. The service was excellent — the front desk and service staff were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly very well trained. They were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing view of Haeundae Beach and the harbour. Waking up to the ocean view was truly special and made the stay feel even more memorable. The facilities also felt very new and well maintained, and everything in the room was high quality and thoughtfully prepared. Even the toiletries were from Diptyque, which was a very nice touch. As we were travelling with young children, we appreciated that the hotel could provide a baby cot and UV steriliser upon request, which made the stay much more comfortable for our family. The only thing to note is that the hotel is located in Haeundae, which is a little further from some other popular areas in Busan such as BIFF Square and Jeonpo Cafe Street — it can take up to around 40 minutes by car. However, if you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay by the sea, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay, and we would happily return again.

“Best Hotel in Busan”
Signiel is an icon by itself, so I'm not surprised by the standard and level of service the hotel provides. Room is amazing with a breathtaking view of the Haeundae beach stretch. They provide excellent turndown service which includes replacement of the towels and additional cleanup. Even when the family went beach+swimming, and found our room was still being cleaned, they parked all of us at the Lounge with blankets even though we were soaked from the pool, to wait until our room was ready. The service and attention to the guests is outstanding. They have direct access to the beach via an escalator at the quiet end of a mall, so the escalator is rarely used. Check-in process was abit confusing however. You just had to sit at the lobby and wait to be attended to, and I wasn't sure if they knew who we were or how long the room was ready, etc. Location is absolutely amazing. It's a 15-20 min beautiful stroll down the beachfront to the Haeundae Traditional Market, so it's not far at all. You also have the option to walk along Mipo as well which offers great seafood and cafe options.

“Good high standing hotel in the best location”
I spent 6 nights at the Signiel Busan. It’s part of the Lotte Chain. It’s a very nice hotel, perfectly located on the Haeundae beach in Busan. It boasts different types of rooms. I had a twin ocean view room on the 18th floor with a balcony and the view was breathtaking. The room itself was very nice with both bath and shower and a dressing area. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. Neither is very big but convenient enough. The outdoor pool has a view over the beach as well. There is a sauna as well but with charge. I only took the breakfast there once and it’s a very good offering with lots of choices from continental to Asian style. The staff is friendly, professional and willing to help. The level of English varies from person to person. Overall it was a very good stay. The room and view were fantastic but I didn’t find that the facilities overall were necessarily up to the standard of the other 5 stars Lotte I’ve visited. You pay for the location mostly. I still would recommend it mostly for this reason, but also the comfort and convenience.

“A Perfect Sister Staycation”
To celebrate the summer, my sister and I chose Signiel Busan for a relaxing staycation — and it was the perfect choice. All the staff members were incredibly kind and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The overall ambiance was elegant and serene, and we especially loved how comfortable the bedding was. The bathroom amenities were also excellent and added a touch of luxury to our stay. If I have the chance, I would love to visit again!

I visited Signiel for the first time while looking for a nice hotel for a trip to Busan with my girlfriend. From the moment we entered, the staff were extremely kind and provided excellent guidance and escort. To be honest, the cost is indeed high, but I was satisfied enough during our stay that it didn't feel like a waste. First of all, the size and condition of the room are great. The room is larger compared to other hotels, making it easy to store luggage and move around, and you can see all the views of Haeundae at a glance. The facilities, including both the indoor and outdoor pools, were very satisfying and great for fun. The gym is also diverse with plenty of space, so there's no need to worry about crowds. Above all, the service and friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations, making the experience even more satisfying. It's a great place to visit for anniversaries or special occasions.
