Magnificent Hotel, Service is Flawless”

Luxurious 5 night stay in Jamsil, Seoul. Totally spoiled by attentive staff, food and facilities. Kicked off each day with aN amazing breakfast at Stay Restaurant 81st Floor . The Signiel Premium Room is just Spectacular. The Evian Spa on the 86Th floor is by far the best Spa in Seoul. Bicena Restaurant on the 81st floor was Beyond all expectations. The tastes and presentation of the food was Exceptional. Bar81 has views to die for and the Drink selection is Insane. My only regret i had to eventually check out. Allow yourself to feel like a celebrity as the Signiel staff are so attentive.

Worth the stay!”

It's really pricey for me, but the service I got made it worth it. I don't regret it one bit.The staff were always so professional and accommodating. My entire stay was perfect and the room was so BEAUTIFUL, it made it hard to leave. Definitely one of the highlights of my short trip in Seoul. Super near Jamsil station too. In my room, I've made use of the bath tub with the view. It really is so beautiful. The Diptyque amenities smell really nice. The toilet opens and closes automatically (it's one of those toilets with controls for bidet,blower, etc). There's a bluetooth speaker you can connect to for music. The bed, blanket, and pillows were PERFECT. You can also choose a different kind of pillow (they have a pillow menu in the room and you can just call Signiel Service to request it), but the pillows in the room were too perfect so I didn't attempt to try a different one. Slept like a baby. I wish I could write more but there's a character limit here. OVERALL WONDERFUL STAY! :)

Check-in was super smooth! Appreciate the front staff letting me check-in early at 12pm. The room was absolutely immaculate! Spacious, clean & modern. I really loved the bathtub and the views I was able to enjoy as I soaked and relaxed. The bathroom was huge as well. The gym was well-equipped too. Very satisfied with my stay at Signiel Seoul and would recommend it to all :)

Worth to stay”

All the staff at Signiel was so kind than any other hotel, and the view from the highest building was very nice. Every place in Hotel was quite neat and clean, but it would be much better if they could have larger space. Room rate is pretty expensive when comparing with other hotels in Seoul, but it is quite worthy to experience this hotel if possible.

Impressive stay at Signiel Seoul ”

Everything in this hotel is indescribably perfect, from the moment when the staff greeted us upon our arrival to bidding us goodbye with the warmest smile. There’re three things that has really impressed us. - We booked a train ticket from Seoul to Busan but due to a whatsoever system error or incompleteness, as a foreigner, we just can’t change the date or time. The lady at concierge helped us out swiftly and explained how the cancellation policies work patiently. - We just loved the amenities offered by the hotel and kind of mentioned that to the staff at front desk then they surprised me by giving me some complimentary amenities when I left. That was an prime example of listening to customers. - No doubt Jason, the gentlemen from the Bell Service, tried his very best to go an extra mile. From showing us around in the hotel to hailing us a taxi, the smile from his face proves to us what a 6-star hotel service should be.

The Best Hotel South Korea has to Offer ”

Location Location Location. "Wonderful atmosphere, extremely attentive and professional service ". The breakfast is a good mix of Asian and European food. Lunch was beyond all expectations as i had a choice between two Exceptional Michelin Star restaurants Stay & Bicena. The hotel also has " The lounge " on the 79Th floor. The fitness and Spa facilities are world class. The Signiel lounge is open from 7am to 10PM and you get access to free coffee , snacks, drinks and tea all day. Happy hours is Champagne Time . All in all a very enjoyable and perfect stay. Absolute recommendation.

You get what you pay for, but with some negatives.”

I only recommend this place if you money isn't an issue for you, or if you absolutely MUST stay in a hotel room with the best view in Seoul. The facility is as fancy as it gets and the staff are top as good as it gets. My only concern is that the air in the room was extremely dry which lead to a sore throat the next day, and the water pressure for showering was really low. If you spend money to have the best of the best, then I recommend going somewhere else since this place does lack some qualities you appreciate when you spend as much money as they ask for. With that being said, the breakfast offered in the restaurant (with additional charges) was by far the best breakfast anyone can ask for in life. The options are limitless with spectacular view.

You will get what you pay for. The service is excellent. Make sure to visit the lounge, the view is spectacular and the food is pretty good plus its all included anyways. The room is true luxury & the view is awesome; you will definitely enjoy the experience.

Best way to enjoy Seoul if you had enough money to pay”

One and the only hotel has six stars grades in Seoul. Everything in the hotel is new. I was lucky enough to have a chance of upgrading the room due to the lack of a number of guests. I love pretty much all of the hotel but not breakfast which includes mostly western style. Staffs are friendly but they did give me less explanation about payment than I expected so I had misunderstood until I figured out by myself. Overall Signiel gave me an unforgettable time in Seoul with great service.

Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht unbedingt geeignet, da es Kindern unter 13 nicht gestattet ist die Lounge zu betreten. Das Hotel liegt zu weit von den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten entfernt (ca. 45 min mit dem Taxi). Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Great views n service 👏 ”

We had a family get away day n decided on signiel. Elevator was fast n our ears popped ^^ View from the 94th floor was magnificent..kind of regret not spending extra for river view, but settled on south side views. Staff was wonderful replacing our lounge pass for aquarium pass to accommodate us with our 1 year old daughter. Thanks for wonderful stay. See you next time
