Great Swimming Area for Children”

The swimming pools were great for our 6 -year-old. The beach was a bit dirty due its location, but there are plenty of options nearby. Very near to cafes and markets, especially the Sunday night market. Would definitely stay again.

Great value for money! Houses are very fresh and modern. WiFi is good quality and fast, this is rare on Phangan! Just 1 minute walk from resort back gate to the 7-Eleven big shop. Resort is right on the 2 streets with many restaurants. The bed is really big size and comfy. TV have netflix, just you need to have account. Fridge is normal size. Hard to think any cons, just there's no moscuito nets on the windows. But have no issues with them actually.

Nice, but….”

I would recommend this place only for families with small children. The bungalows are facing a pool in the middle of a garden. To access the sea you have to cross the street. The pictures showing beachfront are misleading/photoshop. There are a few bungalow facing the sea, but you cannot directly access the beach/water as there are big rocks protecting the property. The pictures show more like a boutique style rooms but it’s not accurate/true. Although the house is nice, the furniture (especially the table/chair) are quite cheep quality. Bed is compfy and you can access the garden from every room. Good aircon. Equipment of the kitchen is soso. Very used/old pan. If you really plan to cook, then might not be sufficient. Stove doesn’t get very hot. It’s a preferred location for families with smaller children., staying long term. Therefor it’s well located. Staff was friendly, but I complained that the pictures show beachfront in the booking, what is NOT true. House was super, super clean when I arrived. No daily cleaning, which was also not stated in the booking. Nice place but due to the obviously misleading information, a bit of a scam. And they know it, you can read exactly this in many other reviews.

We have booked a signature room with payment via Agoda. This room was charged higher than the ones direct at the beach, however they are, in opinion to the picture, not at the beach! Besides there are many many children with much trouble. In future we would prefer to look when holidays are in Israel, and during such time we would prefer to go to another residence.

Das Silan hat für uns die besten Quarriere in Chaloklum. Es sind hier allerdings viele Familien mit Kindern. Die Villa mit Meerblick ist wirklich schön.
