Excellent clean and comfortable hotel”
The hotel lobby was grand and the room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning was done with attention to detail, kettle, mugs and glasses were very clean with no stains or marks. Although the design of the bathroom’s a bit dated, it’s still immaculate which is the most important to me. Restaurants and the Spa were lovely and worth visiting. Hotel staff are professional and caring, they ensure I’m ok throughout the stay. Overall I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel

Beautiful hotel”
We really enjoy our stay over at the hotel. Our two connected bedrooms were a bit smaller than we hoped for but they were still very good and comfortable and got good window views. The decor of the hotel and the lobby are elegant. The pool and the gym were nice. We like the fact that the hotel also has a kid zone with toys, cars and a small jungle gym good for kids under 6 years old. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Hue.

A place to stay to calm down. Almost 2022 but wifi in the room doesn't work well, or not at all. Will not return, will not recommend anyone. There are other place more worthy.

Had a wonderful stay here; while it had the traditional grand feel here at the Hotel, the services were exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the time checking out, we were greeted and served by extremely warm and friendly staffs without hassle from the doorstep itself. During check-out, we didn't realised that we were against time, they were concerned and even spoke to the Grab driver to speed up while giving us a lovely sent off at the lobby entrance. The location is strategic; its walking distance to the Citadel/Forbidden City and plenty of cafes/shops nearby. Highly recommended!

Beautifully instagrammable hotel lobby , pool area and restaurants. Excellent service from the staff and very good breakfast. It is a bit far from the Town centre if you want to have a late night out but it is just next to the train station so it was perfect for us as we took a train to Danang after our stay.

It’s not exactly in the city center but you can always get a taxi. Nice vicinity and great facilities. You’re also entitled to a free massage session. The spa also provides other great services like hair-washing and manicure, at affordable prices. I enjoyed my stay in Hue and would recommend Silk Path!

This hotel is very nice, clean, and the food is excellent. The staff are friendly and will help you with whatever you need. However, do not get the laundry service- we had mostly socks and underwear, with one pair of shorts and one pant and it cost $40. I didn't realize they would charge for each pair of socks/underwear :)

This is the best hotel in Hue. I stayed here 2 nights with my family and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their breakfast was phenomenal. They have great local food, fresh fruits and juice made to order. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The resort is very new and modern with traditional Hue dynasty decor. Relaxing essential oil smell throughout the hotel. Everyone speaks English and provides excellent services. I will stay here again the next time I visit Hue.

The newest and best hotel in Hue. The interior decoration is a combination of French and Vietnamese. very classy design and lots of painting from wellknown Vietnamese artists. Comfortable bed, clean room and nice view. Good gym facility with yoga practice section. Staff are professional, courteous and very friendly.

The staff are worthy of a 7 star rating. All the staff I met from the general manager, Tarnie; to Loan in Customer Experience Manager, to the Executive Chef, staff in the restaurant , drivers, room staff, staff greeting guests & staff in the Spa. Everyone I came across was very helpful and made me feel so special. What an amazing hotel. The room I was in overlooked the river and I caught an amazing sunset. The hotel dries their own Butterfly Pea Flowers for their restaurant. I managed to see kitchen staff collecting the flowers on my last morning, which added to my experience. They organised tours for me, which really added to my superlative stay. I ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I had chef specialities and recommendations by staff. The Hue Crispy Pancake was sensational. The Tiramisu was a very generous serve. Wonderful treatments in the spa helped me recover from a big day on my tour taking in the sights. I felt that all the staff cared about their guests and went above and beyond to everyone. The gym and pool look wonderful but I didn’t have time to try them out. High teas seem to be offered in the main reception room as I often saw groups of young women enjoying cakes and teas.
