this is my second time to silka.. the room and the hotel still doesn't loose their touch.. i love the room and the staff are friendly with fast services.. the downfall just because the shopping mall adjacent to silka hotel was so dull and didn't have many stores open like last time i was there..

Worst Hotel I've ever stay in my life”
It's worst than staying in a red district area. There are stains all over the carpet, bedsheet, blanket, etc. Toilet cover is spoiled, the bathroom is clogged with hair from previous guest, aircond have loud noise and a very eerie badly maintained furniture. If you're a local and check in late, be careful to be punished. I've requested the staff to change the bedsheet, and true enough, the staff only changed the bedsheet. Although he saw yellow and blood stains on the mattress protector, that doesn't matter to him as I requested only the change of bedsheet, not mattress protector. Not to say there were rotten fruit seeds from previous guest below the bed rack which looks like it has been there for years. I've booked in this hotel because it is stated 4 stars in Agoda. Well ,now I know how a 4 star hotel looks like.

Standard rooms are fine... but the suite is worse esperience of all.. day time is so hot like sauna.. complain 2 days and told the operator. They say that they will come to fix but no reponse after that.. we were sweating in the room and had to go somewhere that have aircond..
