Cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!”
Stayed for 3D2N from 06/05/17. I had no choice but to stay in the hotel because it is the nearest to my favourite shopping complex. I have been staying in this hotel a few times already. However this last visit was the worst. Ordered room service. Left the plates outside the room and called them to collect. To be exact, called them 3 TIMES but nobody came. Room was not cleaned on the next day and cockroaches are practically EVERYWHERE. Truthfully, I will never recommend this hotel. Not a place to relax. The only good thing about this hotel is, it is located and surrounded by shops with good deals and across the road there is Foodloft where you can get food easily.

EXPENSIVE RATE WITH SMALL SPACE”
paid RM190 for a small space. may as well get a cheaper hotel around the same area but offering better room space and amenities. called housekeeping many times but no answer. the small room is not for 2 person... please do some review on this hotel and tell the truth to your customers... EXPENSIVE, FULL OF DISAPPOINTMENT...

Given the last possible room which mean the crappiest room they have I guess as they said the hotel's fully booked as we only checked in at midnight. Water heater wasn't working for 2 nights and 2 days we had to shower with cold water. The room was really crappy as you can see the wallpaper tearing off and a small high window. So the maintenance came to fix but left a mess and again the heater didn't work. The second maintenance guy (next day) was nice enough to explain and thanks to him we got the chance to move to a much much better room which my elderly parents really appreciate for another 2 nights. So lets just say, it all depends on your luck, they don't even care for your prior comment or reminder in emails or during booking. Location is just ok, I think they charged a little too much for the price.. everything else is just ok. Use Uber/Grab to travel around KL and there's also the free shuttle bus around KL which you can use.

Aircond burst and powertrip plus cockroaches”
Booking in advance deluxe room and requested for either connecting or SIDE by SIDE. UNABLE to accomodate our request n was given a suite which has only 1 shower room and there are 4A 2c in the room. Staff did not explain that the suite got only 1 shower room. But good job for letting us be in a room together however safety of my kids as there is a sliding door between the living n bedroom requested to change the room and was given a STANDARD room which downgraded us. Yes, they accomodates our request for connecting but was a smoking room which did not informing us also. The room was so small and the bathroom shower haiz... PLEASE dont judge the photos in the website very contradicting. At midnight already asleep suddenly, heard a burst sound n there was a burning smell and powertrip. Called the reception and they sent technician. Good job to the night shift technician on 22-23/4/17 for doing a good job by rectifying and understand our situation. However, the portable aircon they provided us was nt cooling n my kids slept perspiring. Did not wait till checkout time as i saw baby cockroaches everywhere in the room and we request for a 1 room refund but was given 20-70% charge of the room. New budget hotel more better. This is my 3rd time staying there but these was the worst experienced i have. Very upset n regretted eventho we stay for 1 night doesnt meant to be treated like this.👎

efficient and friendly staff”
I stayed with an elderly age 67 yrs old. the Hotel is near to Jakel Mall and easy to find food. We arrived at night and get a room which the floor is too dusty and smelly.Then, i complained to the staff and they promise to re-clean the room the next morning. and they did it well. :) The rate a bit pricey but it is ok as the hotel situated in the middle of city and easy acces.
