only stay if it's your last resort
great location, close to shopping and mtr
Rooms are extremely small, wifi in the hotel room would cut in and out constantly. after a long day of shopping don't expect to come back to a hot shower as the water was barely warm on most the days we stayed. Don't count on using the phone in the room as it's extremely expensive (5 HK per call, answered or unanswered), do yourself a favor and get Sim card at the 7-11. I also lost one of my shirts during our stay at this hotel. Overall I would avoid this hotel at all cost, we only stayed at this hotel because of the location and that it was during Chinese new year and had no other choice as all other hotels were booked solid.

Convenient Hotel
The location and cleanliness of this hotel is the greatest feature
Rooms are small, but clean. This location in the Yau Ma Tei area is excellent! Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Nice clean rooms, great use of space, fast service
Proximity to metro, cleanliness, hospitality of staff
This hotel was solid all around - good location, clean rooms, good price, great use of space for a small room, (expect this size in Kowloon) good water pressure, good helpful staff. The level of English was a littler lower than I have seen inother hotels in HK, but they made up for it by being very prompt with even small things. The one complaint would be the restaurant. They had a breakfast buffet, and it wasn't really all that great, and for the price, I would have expected something better/more complete. They didn't even have fruit!. The saving grace was that the is a French cafe just across the street, they serve waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, and traditional HK breakfast as well. There is also a gat vegetarian restaurant around the corner which makes their own version of sushi, which looks like fish but isn't. All around a great little hotel!
