It’s ok - basic but comfortable ”

The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and it had a table and chairs, TV, toaster, microwave and cutlery and crockery. It’s walking distance to town on the Main Street, but our unit didn’t get any street noise.

Best Motel in Broken Hill”

It is close to city, everything was nearby, staff were very helpful. I wanted to stay another night on New Year eve, although the Motel was fully booked staff provided me deluxe room with no extra charges.

Old-style comfort”

Silver Haven is an older type motel, a fair distance from the town centre (although it is in the main street). Spotlessly clean! Staff not present; you rang, were given a number and got your key from a security box. A bit of traffic noise -- but that is hard to avoid in much of Broken Hill.

Responsive staff to a minor check in issue. Sorted and resolved quickly. Could perhaps do with a shade sail over the pool and utilise the bbq / outdoor area more. Would definitely recommend.

This motel was at the far end of Argent Street, but it was a treat to stay there. The staff were very helpful and were genuine in their catering to your needs. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

St Pats Weekend.”

Basic yet perfectly serviceable for St Pats weekend and prices may have been up accordingly. Bed was comfortable, pool refreshishing and staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms up the 20/21 end are closest to the highway so request lower numbers if sensitive to traffic noise. Junction Hotel across the road is worth a visit and all pubs and clubs in town are walkable.

No parking for trailers or large 4x4s. Had to park across the street. No mention about the restaurant on site otherwise we would of booked a table before eating out.
