Not bad and budget hotel ”
Suitable for only one night stay and budget hotel for big family. The location around the hotel is nothing to see around, far away from town. This hotel is suitable for kenduri kahwin around Segamat or sending son to university or school asrama. Not suitable for holiday. Not recommend to stay here unless you want a budget hotel around Segamat.

Friendly manager mr. Lam was very polite & nice”
This is my second visit to this hotel and was welcomed friendly by the manager which he still remember me (even it was 2 months back). As usual there are a lot local foods to grab and supermarket in case for emergency needs required. Definitely will come back.

Greeted by friendly old lady. overall is convenient stay. Definitely will stay again. Mc Donald and Billion supermarket is just by foot walk. Even though the hotel looks kinda old school but still comfy.

t is a very old budget inn, no refurnish.”
Consider average as this is a budget Inn on the first floor of a shophouse. Old furniture and bed. Paint on the wall and ceiling above the dressing table peelng off due to rain water leaking from the roof. No refurishing. Have to go out & get distilled water from the water despenser machine located beside the counter.

Nice clean room with attached toilet. Have free WiFi too. Suitable if u just looking for a place to sleep after a long journey. For those who love to buy 'kain ela', Original Jakel is just around the corner :D

Pre-war shoplot hotel”
I find it comfortable and enjoyable. My friends do not like the place but for such a cheap price, we had comfortable beds, air cond, attached bathroom with water heater, and a water dispenser in the lobby. I noticed they gave us only 2 towels although the room was for 3 people and my blanket had cigarette holes burnt into it in various places. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied.

Basic for low budget travellers”
Fast food and simple eateries near by. Banks/ATMs nearby. Public parking lots using parking coupons. Staff was friendly and helpful although slacking slightly as the boss was away. Not sure if you have to ask for room cleaning if you want it, as it wasn't done daily for mine. Generally, basic and comfortable enough for the low budget traveller.

The hotel not well maintain and need to bring your own towels because hotel only provided a small towel. The room is just for a sleep. Not recommended for older people as you will need to take stairs to go to the reception. This is a budget hotel. Please do not expect any good environment or relax
