From 1995 to 2000 coming from Honolulu Hawaii I worked as a security officer at SLRC. In 1995 the staff had the same spirit and value which is customer service. As a guest I witnessed the great hospitality and awesome customer service. Doc Cheatham is still there and the most dedicated employee for 25 years. Glenn and Gary Carano did a great job in maintaining the 3 properties. I will always visit Reno from California

Hotel was great! Staff and facilities were welcoming. But my friends and I wouldn't have got such a good deal if not for using Agoda at the last minute, in the lobby before checking in. We saved over $300 accumulatively booking 3 rooms for 1 night on a busy Saturday. Can't wait to go back!

First time in Reno. We were celebrating my son’s 4th birthday and wanted to stay at Circus Circus. However, they didn’t have vacancy. We chose Silver Legacy when found out they communicate through The Row and would have the amenities of Circus Circus, Silver Legacy and Eldorado. The room and all the facilities were very clean. The pool felt overcrowded although there was a limit of 40 people due to Covid. There are many restaurants to choose from, but none were opened between 2-5, only coffee shops. My husband complained that in the casino he only got one drink from the waitress and she never came back. The location is great, downtown, walking distance to the river. Overall, a good experience and would recommend.

It's nice to be able to travel a little bit during these times. Our stay at Silver Legacy was great. The room was clean and well supplied. Most of the restaurants were open. And the gaming was setup for proper social distancing.

Resort fee extra charge”
Upon checking in we were surprised with an extra charge of $125.00 resort fee, for use of parking, pool, and exercise room. We have stayed in alot of casino's and never had this charge before. We informed the check in clerk we were not using any of their amenities could they have the fee. They informed us that it was fee we would be charged, sorry. Upon checking into our room there was construction going on the floor above us, not mentioned when we checked in. We called the front desk and they apologized and said it would stop at 6PM. This was Thursday at noon when we checked in and were staying friday also. We were told construction would start Friday morning and go all day. We complained to the front desk manager and was waived the fee. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. I suggest for people wanting to stay in any Reno casino call the casino and find out about extra fees before you reserve a room.
