Enjoyable stay in Koh Tao”
The staff were wonderful throughout out whole stay. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room closer to beach. Laundry took less than one full day to receive back with no expedited charge. Staff were very friendly and helpful with organization of tours as well. Hotel is walking distance to lots of beach bars and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Koh Tao and would return.

We were in Koh Tao during the big floods of early January 2017. Pretty much all we saw for four days was the inside of the hotel room. At least it was a pretty big room and clean. The location is close to the Main Street and the beach walk. Staff was friendly and accommodating during the difficult time.

Great place and staff !”
Room are clean, and even tho you can be close to one of the room where a pub will play music , it’s not a big problem , it’s acwukly quiete , and sleeping hours they don’t make much noise, the accomodation is very nice , I had the best sleep here after sleeping in hostels for a month.. the staff is really kind and nice , they smile everytime , especially the guy at the reception , is a great person that will guide you if you need any help, I would definitely recommend this place in koh toa, cheap and perfect location.

great staff, near the beach”
we first booked a standard room, were very disappointed. toilet flush was broken, tap wasn't free flowing, no desk or table, no closet... not what we expected for its price. so we complained, and yao offered us an upgrade with a huge discount. we finally settled in there, tired from the trip. this deluxe room had all the basics... smelled damp tho. and yeah, friggin blinds don't cover the glass door properly. people walking outside could easily see through the giant gaps. we had to get textile tape to stick the blinds to the glass. it was a HASSLE! anyway, staff was very accommodating. yao, the manager, offered free transfers to and from the pier. very nice guy. overall, a minute walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants made it a worthwhile 4day stay.

Where we stayed was right across from the pool.. it was a bit noisy at night, but nothing we couldn't sleep through. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. For the price we got it was a good stay and not far from the beach. Would stay again!

Not good if you work online (For the room I had)”
To my surprise there is two hotels under the same name. Depending on your room it could land you further from the beach. Staff was very nice. CheckIn was in one hotel & room was in the other(further from beach) The room was big and spacious. AC, Fan, & Refrigerator works great. = “NO WIFI” in our room and the next two rooms down from us. So, I’m not sure if there was any WiFi because I couldn’t get work done at all. - I did bring it up to front desk but there wasn’t any rooms available to switch. Other than that if i had to recommend it would be for the staff, AC, & Fan.

Right in the heart of the walking street. My room was close to the road so quite noisy until early morning but that said I slept through it once I was out. The rooms are modern which are cleaned and the bed made everyday and have good facilities. The only negative would be the shower pressure. At times it was unusable.

Not Bad at All!”
Air con didn’t work great and the pool was basically unusable because of the scuba lessons in there happening all hours of the day. But it was clean and comfortable and really good location to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants!

The place was clean and the location was perfect for diving. It was behind the dive shop and very convenient. I would definitely recommend for other divers.

Not really worth the money ”
Room was okay, but I expected more to this price. Water pressure in shower was so poor it was difficult to wash your hair. There was only tiny blanket in a queen size bed, not enough to cover two people. However lady at the reception was helpful and fixed other problems we had. I would stay again but not pay this much

I had the cheap 'garden view' room and it was not very good. You are in a busy street and no garden at all. I do not recommend this place at all. Cannot say anything bad about the staff, they are really friendly and helpful. The pool looks nice and non stop used by diving companies.

For the price we were really chuffed with our wee bungalow. Definitely one of the better value for money stays we’ve had during our trip across Thailand. Only a fan in the room which was a little warm but it cooled down overnight and we were fine. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful!
