Loved this place.💕The location is super quite and pretty. Close to the beach and just off the pacific coast Highway but no noise from the road. Rooms are compact and bed is a bit small (book a room with 2 beds for more space!) but very comfortable with all the amenities. Used the laundry which worked really well (others we've been to haven't?!) Set around a lovely grassy area. Great spa and pool too. Just the perfect place. 👍🏼

Great experience”
My first time staying in a place like this. We booked this room at the last minute and we did not expect much. To our surprise this place was Nice and clean, had all the utilities even refrigerator and microwave. Bed was really nice and the mattress was so comfortable. Staff at the front desk very friendly and going out if their way to make sure you are comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!

Perfect spot for a layover”
We drove the coast from San Francisco. This was an excellent place for our stop overnight. The rooms was perfectly clean and the bed soooo comfortable. They recommended the restaurant next door - the Big Sur and it was a diner home cooked meal. It was fantastic and prices were great!

pleasant surprise halfway to LA”
Road trip halfway stop to LA. Motel was clean, room was really clean and large, pool and jacuzzi available. Everything associated to hotel was perfect. Make sure you arrive early in afternoon as restaurants around close at 9pm and are also expensive. Buy some stuff for dinner at the mini-mart next door or eat before you arrive.

This is our “Go To” place when we want some quiet time alone . It’s clean, check in is simple, the food next door is awesome(even gave us discount tickets for it) staff is friendly , place is clean and family orientated. Would definitely give them 5 stars and a big thumbs up !

Only complaint”
The only thing that I can complain about is that we had to go to the office for an iron and hair dryer. Other than that it's the best place to stay. We had 21 people with us. 10 of us where adults the rest where children. They have a great big grass area in the middle of the hotel and the kids can run and get all there energy out. Of all the hotels there they where the only ones that had that. Very family friendly. You have to try them out.

Not fancy, but friendly, clean, and a great value if you time it right (often pricier on weekends). Close to the beach: you can hear the waves at night. Convenient to Cambria and Big Sur. Good restaurant next door.

Coastal Getaway”
We had one of our "best stays ever" at this awesome little hotel! We spent 3 days here and enjoyed a beautiful updated room with a gas fireplace. Jose the Mgr., was helpful on our every request. The only time we left was to visit Hearst Castle! Even under the current Covid restrictions, you're able to walk to restaurants, the beach and a small convenience store and the "VALUE" was unbelievable!

We had 21 people with us we took 6 rooms and everyone slept comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Enjoyed there restaurant the surf and turf was excellent. I would recommend to everyone

Changed date of travel, no room available”
I changed from Fri, Sat, Sun to just Saturday. When u arrived, they didn't have any room for me. The customer service rep had changed to just Friday. Luckily, someone else in the group had space for me, otherwise it would have been a 3 hour drive home... also, no phone number in web site to call for help.

So much nicer inside than it looks!”
A surprisingly lovely stay- everything looked new and very nice, we didn’t expect such good quality for such a good price. I’m glad they spent their renovation money inside the rooms rather than outside on a new sign :) don’t be fooled by the humble exterior, this place is great. Would definitely stay here again next time I was driving the 1.
