Homely and very clean”
Was promised a 1st floor apartment, but got a 4th floor one instead. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we were greeted with a decent view. Elevators were clean and working well, but some morons decided to leave their leaky trash bags in it which was unpleasant but was of no fault of the Silverstar management. We didn't realise that the Greenhills apartment complex runs under different management, so the absence of signage made it hard to find. It was a pleasant stay overall. Luckily we stayed in Tanah Rata as there was traffic gridlock both up in Brinchang and Tringkap due to the school holodaymakers.

Cameron trip with family”
We were having the trip to cameron highland to have a brief escape from the hazzy weather in our hometown Penang. Basically this is an apartment with three rooms and kitchen. We cant complain much as the facilities is up to par. Each room has a bed and one room with attached bathroom. Location of this apartment is in tanah rata. It is not a problem for us as we are driving there. It is quite a distance to the attraction points and need to go through thr heavy traffic when heading to brinchang. Overall our stay is pleasant and recommended to group traveling.

Confortable apartment for family”
What can I say, this is really a best choice if I ever want to visit Cameron Highlands again. The three bed room can actually fit for eight peoples. This apartment also very near to the centre, around the hotel you can find Starbuck, Marrybrown, and a lot of banks. But they do not provide WIFI, I hope they can provide hair dryer as well in the future.

Location is considered as Tanah Rata area instead of Brinchang. It's recommended to contact reception in case you're lost. Apartment is well-cleaned and the owner is friendly. Overall, my friends & I were satisfied with our stay.

Big Apartment”
this apartment is not resort/hotel type. it is more likely a homestay type. however, the apartment is well maintained and clean. the rooms is quite big and suitable enough for 8 person. do not expect too much for the facilities. only a basic thing is provided. the apartment is close to pekan tanah rata. you dont have to worry much to find foods.

Quiet location and clean”
i like the way the apartment has been furnished. it is simple and clean, good for my 2 young children. 2 bedroom can accomodate 3 adults each plus 1 room for 2 adults. sleeps 8, great value! the only think i wish is to have another bathroom. there are only 2 baths and we kind of have to queue each time. walking distance to tanah rata town but with young children, it's difficult, so we just drove around. quiet at night and even with cable tv astro - entertainment for everyone. one thing - the master bedroom toilet is kind of cold because of the suction fan that turns on automatically each time the light is turned on. overall, i am still happy!

Great location but crowded and traffic jamm”
I has a wonderful stay at Silverstar Apartment . The room were great, especially the cleanliness and promptness of house keeping and maintenance and nice bedded and furniture. Extra large bed in a spacious room are very valuable for money that we paid.Wish to come and stay here again.

Nice place but without Lift service”
pretty good hotel to stay, the place is clean, things are new and able to use. great location which is nearby tanah rata town. all rooms are big enough for 8 pax. but the only thing not nice was the lift is out of service and we have to climb up to 4th floor (the unit), it is quite difficult for our parents.

this is the 2nd apartment which i stay in Cameron, although the location seem a bit far for me as most activities will have in brinchang but still acceptable with car. it have a nice environment, good for relaxation and with new furniture. comfort n clean!

very clean and superb facilities provided.very near to go to tanah rata town and easy to find food.we are really enjoying stayed here and definitely would come here again.For those who have big family,i would advice to stay here because it is really worth for money.

Big enough for 8 persons”
the room was very clean. beds were not moldy at all,,, many hotels in cameron highland are, by the way. the room(unit) is spacious, had a nice view of the hills, no need to worry about the parking. just prepare yourself for the stairs. elevator was out of service. i don't think they plan to repair it. there is astro, with sports channels, disney for kids, but no cnn(news), movie channels. bring towels and hair dryer(s). it is not a hotel. amenities, you need to bring your own.

Comfortable stay in a budget apartment for family”
At first when we were entering the apartment compound, we were pretty disappointed with the surroundings as this apartment unit is not a serviced apartment and is part of low-end-looking apartment. Coincidentally while we were walking into the lift, the cleaner had just finished collecting thrash from upstairs and it smelled so bad. So our first impression of the apartment was not good at all. However, once we are on our floor and entered the apartment, it was totally different and we enjoyed the settings pretty much. All furnitures were nicely in place with cooking utensils and etc. Big king-sized beds in 2 of the rooms and 1 queen bed in the smaller room. There wasn't any bath towel and we didn't bring ours as we thought it would be provided just like any other hotel. So called up to the operator and found out that they were actually based in Brinchang, which is another town from where the apartment is. However, they were kind enough to send the towels to us since we requested. Overall, we were happy with the apartment for the price we paid :)

Worth with the price”
Its greats! The apartment hotel is really nice and valueable! The hotel is clean and comfortable enough for the travel. The area of the apartment is also big enough for whole family to stay. Its really worth with the money i pay!And the most important thing is i can enjoy 10% discount and free additional vegetables when i dine in the restaurant for my steamboat dinner!

Clean apartment but with sewage smell”
the apartment we stayed was clean but was away from the main road. we saw the housekeeper taking our comforter into our apartment which was earlier hung outside on the railing near our car parked. this confirms there is no change of bed sheet, pillow case nor a clean comforter. there were strong sewage smell as next to the apartment was a sewage pool, 30 metres away. we have to close our windows to avoid that stinking smell. though the room window and door were closed, we could not avoid it even in our sleep or watching tv in the living room. the corridor was so dark and creepy in the day time as one could not even sight the other at the entrance or along the corridor. there is no grill door at all, only a wooden door. the corridor really needs lighting even in the broad day light. the steam boat dinner we had at silverstar restaurant at brinchang town (owned by the boss) was great and price was very reasonable. there was astro, microwave and fridge provided so it was very convenient for us. the toilet was also clean.

Rather Clean”
Overall, the stay was nice... bedroom & apartment was clean up. Since its cold up in the highlands, we would expect to have a water heater when we shower. Yes, there was a heater but it was spoilt, so literally we all froze in the shower. But i do have to comment on 1 thing. I have made bookings for early check in.. also called in & they say they have been notified. so tired & lethargic after the long drive (We drove up), we all were just looking forward for the check in. But to our disappointment, when we arrive, there is no one there at the Silverstar Hotel (Where we are suppose to collect our keys). we waited at least 5 hours! Only to find out that going to the Hotel, the man just gave us directions on how to go to the apartment itself & collect a key from another lady. they could just save us the hassle & by telling us in advance (Maybe through the agoda booking itself) to go directly to the apartment.

Lovely Apartment”
The Apartment is actually in Tana Rata, near the heritage hotel. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the lift was not working for the 3 days were there, carrying the luggage's up and down was a hassle. We drove to Cameron, and there was ample parking space lots for our cars. Quite near to the major attractions.

silverstar apartment at greenhill resort is quite convenience to town area for dining. the apartment is clean, but the apartment doesn't provide towels, feel a bit disappointed, overall is good. and also convenience drive to famous places like strawberry farm, cactus farm and etc.

This Apartment is newly renovated & Clean.”
this trips is with my family father, mother, my wife & my 2 son, 1 2yrs ++ & 6mths old ,my grandmon , my uncle & his wife, i have call the apartment office ask arrangement for the 1st floor unit, the location is easy to find, the apartment is clean & tidy,got water heater in bathroom & refrigerators in kithen as well; the kitchen toilet door is not well, is family home felling got 32" lcd tv & astro there, inside got 3 rooms,master room & 2 other rooms (the windows outside is the apartment corridor.) during night & late night time you will find a bit noisy because this 2 rooms windows is facing the corridor, sometimes children shouting & "bang" the room, if you got infant or small children better stay in master room which is better.
