Waste of the money.”
This place is so stinky and unhealthy.I think there staff also needs grooming how to keep clean themselves. This people don't know the definition of Boutique hotel ,only making money is there goal.
Your Budget Hotel”
Cannot demands much as this a cheaper hotel. Good for short stay. Not recommended for family stay. Cleanliness need to improve. Overall, just so so.
Very low quality accommodation”
We booked there for three night and they took the full cash on the fist day. The room was very small even for one person. Me and wife with just two travel bags can't even place a foot on the floor. The room was very dirty and though the bed sheet looks clean but in the morning we both got rash on the skin. The bathroom was also very very small and adjacent to the bed. Not all staffs are friendly. We asked to checkout early in the morning but then they refused to give back the rest two days money back. We anyway decided to move to another hotel (InnB Park Hotel) nearby almost same the rent without the two days money. Very very bad experience. The picture of rooms shown in the agoda booking is partially shown to look bigger than actual. Visited lot of places but by far this is the worst category hotel. Not value for the money and not recommended at all.
Eak. This place needs a good deep clean. ”
Pros; location - five minute walk to china town and local foods. You could walk to the main attractions should you be physically able, if not it’s around £3 in a taxi to Petronas Twin Towers, £3 to the Manera Tower and £5 in a taxi to The Batu Caves. Cons: - cleanliness - dirty bedsheets, pillowcases stained, floors stained, towels hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests but folded like they had been. - no free drinking water, bottle of waters could be purchased in hotel. - bugs - lots of little crawlers around the room... not good. - airconditioning, definetley faulty - made a noise like a broken car all night and we couldn’t sleep. - Receptionists were really nice and printed off our bus tickets for free for us. - Kettle advertised in booking but wasn’t in the room - the room was very small - this was a superior double we booked and couldn’t walk around. - this place is great if you’re looking to get away from your hotel room - we were barley in it....
A Quiet Corner Yet So Close to Bukit Bintang Street.”
Centrally located, Responsive Staff (especially this Balinese front desk guy who is on MBA course in London, who speaks good English - he may go back to study soon). Hotel offers hot and cold drinking water via Coway machine. Rooms are generally medium & smaller in sizes - but at USD 14 to USD 18 per night, i should not ask for more. We stayed for 5 days in Apr 2019. Second visit after 2 years - hotel repainted and lightly renovated. To the hotel owner - keep up the good works. Many thanks.
The shower does not have heater (not functioning). The room was small. The Tv was not working. There was a family arguing beside our room and we could hear everything. We even scared they might be physical in the next room. But the location and staff was great.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was quite big. The staff were nice and friendly u can ask anything to them. Location is good except its besides the highway. Hotel is near to Berjaya Times Square, Alor Street and Changkat. Thumbs up for this hotel!
It s close to Pavilion, which is downtown. Many bars, restaurants, shops.... anything you need is around the hotel. Close to the subway and monorail station, like 10 min. walking distance. My room was minuscule, but I didn't spend much time in it. In sum, it is worth.
I'm a fan of budget hotels so I pretty much know what to expect, but this is really the worst hotel ever! Imagine the AC is shutting off by itself, no basic necessities like cup, shampoo, hair dryer, toothbrush and even a chair! Plus we asked the staff to clean the room but they didn't, did not even change the towel or at least ask if the trash bin is full considering we stayed for 4 days 3 nights.
Worth the price”
The room is okay with the price. Even looks old but everything is clean. Recommended to anyone who looking for stay for only to sleep as it is not instagrammable. The location is great. Just 10mins walk to Berjaya Times Square & Imbi Station. Grab/Taxi to KLCC only cost RM7.
Value for money”
this hotel is very comfortable and clean..the receptionists are also very friendly..they also provide free short tour around KL to visit some of the local shops and factories..the only thing that didn’t meet my satisfactory is the sockets in the room are not working and if there is a working socket,it will burn your charger like mine..
Very basic, good location, good reception staff ”
Pros Linda the reception lady was fantastic and friendly and very helpful to assist in smooth checking in for our group Very good location Big toilet My single room comes with enough hanging places, a desk and a bed. Practical basics are there. I really love that they provide good quality big and thick towel and a step mat. Good shower and flush system. Cons The maintenance of the place needs work, one of my friends found a roach on her pillow and she said her air con was leaking. Something was leaking all night in my toilet and my blanket was stained and my walls are stained with some strange liquids. So i think they need to really go through all the rooms and fix all the problems. Even if its cheap, they got a nice reception, should match with well maintained rooms. That's my constructive feedback.
I stay here for 4 days, the hotel was awesome. I stayed at many hotel but this is 1st time I meet the most awesome reception Miss Linda that very Friendly and kind, when I go out or come in she will greet me with smile and it make my days. She also guide me how to go a place that I want to go but don't know how to get there, She guide me from A to Z and I could understand it easily. I will give 5 star to Miss Linda. On lobby I feel comfortable to make my work or discussing some work thing with my friend. The lobby was great. Recommended for everyone, especially business traveler like me. For the room I feel a little bit uncomfortable, I was expecting that my room will have Hair Dryer so when I rush to a meeting I could use Hair Dryer to dry my hair faster. Plus, the Television in my room doesn't function at all, when I open it the screen just blank even I tried to change other channel and the result still the same. The bed was great for me, I had a good sleep and it's comfortable.
housekeeping didn't come to change our bedsheet eventhough we requested specifically..but i love coming here because of the receptionist..the indian lady.. she's so friendly and accommodating..to improve, there are rooms without the listed facilities such as no hot water,no plug and no hair dryer..however,for the price, it's a good bargain
Good but can be better”
Good but can be better
a nice stay”
Pro : being near to many shopping plaza & food, front desk was helpful Con : can improve on cleanliness, Note : Do not expect much as it is a budget hotel
The room is worst.. I tell to reception electric switch not working..”
. I tell to reception electric switch not working.... the receptionist is so rude and he asking me to call from where you book a room I don’t care .. Even they don’t know how to talk with a customers... very bad experience
Value for money for Solo travellers”
The solo room was great for single travellers. Only one plug is provided for solo traveller room. Please bring along your own multi-socket plug if needed. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang area and Berjaya Times Square.
Worst Hotel ”
Me and my boyfriend have been traveling South East Asia for the last few months and this accomodation has been by far the worst! when we checked in there was vomit on the wall in our room, there was mold on the walls, the wallpaper was peeling, and there was an unpleasant smell, you literally couldn’t make this stuff up! we requested a room change. The next room seemed decent enough compared to our last, until it started raining outside so water was leaking on to our bed through the roof! Overall terrible experience photos look nothing like the actual rooms. However Staff were polite and helpful and organised for us to stay at another hotel branch at another location. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
Worst Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.”
At room 3202 tv doesn't have any channel. The staff couldnt make any effort to knock at my door and offer to clean the room. The room remained uncleaned till i checked out. The Day shift reception staff was alright but the night shift reception staff were just lazy to greet and smile at guest. Sorry I will not return back to this Simms Boutique Hotel
