budget hotel in Bukit bintang area. very closed to IMBI monorail station. Also walking distance to famous Jalan Alor street and many shopping malls(sungei wang, timesquare, low yat). by considering price and location this is the best place for budget travelers although rooms are too small. check in/ checkout times are not flexible otherwise you have to pay extra. when you go for pay at the hotel method rooms may be not guaranteed because its a very busy place. may be the reason for that is the lack of computer literacy of the staff. i couldn't even communicate them before go there by email. I booked 8 rooms and 2 of it they have indicate as no show bookings. so before leave hotel you should care these problems or other wise you have to pay cancellation fees. Beside these issues i still thinks this will be a great place for budget travelers, due to its location, price and cleanliness. only thing is don't hope too much room space. Because its a budget hotel.

The location is strategic, walking distance only to eatery. My room is facing to IPD building and main road, so it quite noisy , but still I sleep in comfortable as the bed is quite good.

Overall okay for a budget stay”
I have no complaints as this was a very budget hotel. And the staffs were all okay. When i requested for remotr aircon, they gave me cz i said the room was so hot so i needed to lower the temperature. Everything else was fine.

Hidde fees, no one likes hidden fees”
There is a 50 ringgit key deposit and also a 10 rinngit per night tourist tax added on to the listed price. The room served its purpose but a fan would be nice. It was a bit like an unventilated closet. The location is very convenient and the mamak about 3 dorrs down to the right was great. A meal and a beverage for 6 rinngit.

Very difficult to charge phone since plug not functioning well, but only stayed 2 nights, so we took turn to charge phone. Other factors are value for the money.

Book a room for two, very small room. Can't switch on the TV. WiFi sometimes slow. Cleaner there really friendly- she helped me to open the door since the my hotel room can't be open due to late check out. Water filter is provided which is good. No glass provided. Overall, hotel is okay for short stay. You can fine a better hotel just next to this hotel or around the area. Still wonder why it's "Agoda preference". There lots to fix.

For us the cleanliness is not good. Both of us feeling itchiness before bedtime. We realised maybe because of the dust because both of us have a allergic to dust. The aircon is not cooler at all. We requested for hairdryer 2-3 times they did not supply it because staff said another customer using it. It’s means this hotel only got only 1 hairdryer ? Doesn’t mean the cleanliness was not important when we get the lower price for staying 2 nights. Btw tq

+ location is good; quiet enough; always had hot water, water pressure was high enough; room had a window. - it's a way smaller then seen from the photos, only a space for a bed; the dirtiest linens and towels I ever saw, burnt with a cigarette, there was a towel on the floor when we arrived and someone just stepped on it; no toiletries except for the toilet paper and body soap; I also saw a few cockroaches on the wall; the only one power socket, nearly broken; super dusty like nobody ever lived there.

This Hotel Charge extra service too. around 20% total and also Charge 10 MYR per night TAX also. online show Big promotion cheap price. but after make same regular price. No Shampoo in BathRoom Bodygel also low quality and very few drops.. haha very funny Towel not so clean. using old towel. I don't recommend anyone.... everyone have own experience. but Location is BETTER.

The room condition is dirty and the washroom is not clean well. The bed is obviously not cleaned well. I’ve got bed bug bites after check out. It suffers me for few days.

Disappointing hotel”
The price is affordable but the room is totally dusty. I originally placed to stay at room 2111, but I complained the room is so dirty and dusty. Then I moved to room 3109 which slightly better. However when you see the downside of your bed, seems like the hotel staff never clean it and so many empty plastic bottle inside :(

Rude woman in reception”
It is very close to the city centre & multiple shopping malls. But I would never suggest this place to anyone because the receptionist while I stayed was kind of very rude to me. I talked to the guy in the night shift & asked for a late checkout and he said there is no extra charge if I checkout before 2pm. And the next day I woke up & asked to confirm from the person (an Indian lady) about the late checkout. She told me that it wouldn't be possible as SHE IS THE PERSON IN THE MORNING SHIFT, NOT HIM, and only she can decide late checkouts in her shift & I wasn't supposed to checkout late. Her attitude was very disrespecting & annoying. She didn't even try to communicate and make it up to us & said she can make it happen for some extra money. Without even communicating with the person in the other shift. Would never recommend to anyone as she is not very attentive & not willing to listen to what we had to say. ZERO experience with Customer service.
