Marvelous staffs. Thumbs up to all of the staffs from the receptionist, bells boys and the concierge. The receptionist arranged early check-in for us even though our arrival time was way too early and checkout was super fast and smooth. The concierge’s are always there to help us out with our questions on where to have our meals and transportation matters. All the staff’s are so helpful and always with a smiling face. Because of their amazing work we would definitely be back in the near future. We booked the Grand Deluxe Rooms and the second we entered the room, we were all extremely amazed by the beautiful view of the room. It was clean, huge and it looked brand new. Thumbs up to the housekeepers teams. The hotel had a park which was very pleasant and beautiful - and whilst walking in the park we felt extremely graceful. The park even included a ton of Christmas decorations so we were in a great Christmas holiday mood. In conclusion, we think that the breakfast should be improved but they had very nice options for the egg section. Our stay at Sindhorn Kempinski has been absolutely fantastic and we will not hesitate to visit again.

The hotel is as beautiful as show in the various images: our room was spacious and spot clean. We enjoyed the pool, the services, the morning breakfast served in one of the internal restaurant. The location is good, relatively near to commercial centers but quiet. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel design in the heart of the city with a lot of green spaces. The staffs are attentive and friendly. I got the room upgraded, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is good with various food. We have a pleasant stay here.

It really good hotel. the room silent and make me deep sleep.I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and have tea, coffee and very nice complimentary toiletries. The staff are helpful. Our stay was a dream and we will definitely come back again. It was calm and peaceful and the staff were super kind. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful cake. The breakfast is outstanding. The variety and the flavors were lovely! The lobby and the garden look simply stunning and we loved walking around. The rooms are always kept clean and the complimentary drinks are always stocked up. The laundry service is incredibly fast too. Overall stay was wonderful.

The sindhorn kempinski in Bangkok is an incredibly nice hotel and I highly recommend this hotel for long or short stays. The rooms are very large and comfortable and the breakfast is absolutely memorable. Great location and the infinity pool is very nice and refreshing for any time of the day. This place blew my mind! The staff was super nice, I loved the pool, the breakfast, and of course the room was so spacious with separate bedroom. They didn’t have an iphone charger which was the only thing I thought was the only bummer. I definitely recommend this place although it is high priced compared to many other nice hotels in Bangkok. The money is worth it!

Hugely impressed with our stay here. The people are wonderful with a delightful balance of being attentive but also not too formal. A special thank you to Khun Nicki in Guest Relations, Khun Ten in the gym, The Executive Club team and Khun Air. The hard product is outstanding. Quite possibly the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are also exceptional. The foyer is stunning and transforms at night with the wonderful lights. Highly recommended and already booking our return stay. Definitely our favourite hotel in Bangkok.
