We had a great experience during our stay & Mr Tolo is very friendly to show us around the guesthouse. The place is clean, well-maintained & most importantly safe within the neighbourhood. Accessibility to Mersing town within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back again!!

Clean, tidy, all facilities, close to port...”
Ideal. I would highly recommend this property if you are travelling as a couple or a family and if you are spending time in Mersing or traveling on to Tioman Island. The property is close to shops and restaurants and is located within 5 minutes of the ferry terminal port to Tioman etc. The owner could not be more helpful. The arrival was easy due to his effort to meet and greet us and the departure perfect as he offered to take all 6 of us to the port in his vehicle with luggage! Thank you and see you again next time we visit...

Good alternative to hotels for familes”
Hotels in Mersing have very poor reviews from both international and local travellers. Even if it is just for one night, we wanted a good place for our family to crash before taking a jetty the next morning. This was a good choice. Although we didn't use all facilities (washer,....), they are available in the unit.

We were a cycling group on a ride from Singapore to Mersing! A very appropriate place to stay the nite especially for us cyclists. Clean & good facilities!

Comfortable, homey, great hospitality”
The guesthouse was huge, immaculately clean and comfortable. The beds are nice, bathrooms well supplied with shower gel and shampoo, with hot water. The rooms and common area are equipped with A/C, but while we were there it was cool and a luxury, not a necessity. There was coffee and tea, and filtered water available in the kitchen. Well equipped with a fridge, but while we were there we didn't really need this. A comfortable stay -- ideal for travellers who might stay for more than 1 night, but also for big groups of up to 8 since there are plenty of rooms in the same house.

Clean and spacious place in a convenient location”
This house is huge with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 below. Fully air-conditioned and clean. Need to pay a RM10 per room before collecting keys from a nearby shop. Washing machine available but we did not use. Tried to turn on the TV but in vain, we gave up since its only 1 night stay and needed more for bathroom and bed. Driving to nearby food places is easy, plentiful around. Beds are comfortable, water pressure from shower is strong. Overall is a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Money well spent”
The house is located in a nice, peaceful area. Well kept & clean. Modern interior. Provided USB with movies. All facilities functioning well. I like it how they provide many dustbins around the house. Mr. Tolo is a very nice & flexible owner. All toilets with heater. Very cozy & family friendly. Got a baby chair which helped me a lot. Located near shops. Should probably consider providing a microwave oven since I was traveling with small child so i needed to heat his food. Stayed for 2 nights & I got to wash my clothes & dry them outside. Definitely worth the money.

Great, but a bit disappointed as the stove cannot be used. Wardrobe or at least hanger rails should be provided for each room.

The guest house was spotless and the beds comfortable. It was perfect for our needs. ”
The owner went above and beyond to make our visit a great one. He personally picked us up and took us to restaurants , museums, and the beach. He took us up to a temple from which we could see the layout of the town. We remember our stay and the guest house with fond memories.

Good stay with buddies”
We had a group holidays trip to Pulau Tioman which consist of 5 families, total of 10 adults & 7 kids & 1 infant, the location of the homestay is strategic and the house is big enough to accommodate all of us. 😊

We got this place as we need to be early for the ferry ride to tioman. They is nothing to complain about the guest house. Its clean and have the necessary amenities needed. Its near to the ferry terminal to tioman.

Deuxième passage et Tolo le propriétaire encore plus adorable”
Un propriétaire pareil je n'en n'ai jamais rencontré. Il s'est coupé en 4 pour nous faire plaisir. De plus le logement est agreable et calme. Très bon wifi ce qui est rare dans la région. À recommander sans la moindre hésitation.
