Very good management, they can help you with all your need. They cook fresh breakfast. Little far from main Phuket city but you can rent a bike from hotel / on street. Near to all quite beach and quality restaurant for food. Near to Airport, if you depart early morning, good pick for you.

Great place, okay location.”
We were a bit skeptical when looking for the Sivana place. A suburban township surrounded it, but as soon as we arrive at the gates, everything transitioned immediately. We came really late, so the security guard checked in for us. He was allowed to because one of the staff members kindly left our receipt on the reception table before they shut down. I would most definitely come here again, the prices were very affordable and a very spacious room!

Clean for a night”
we had a very nice one night stay. The hotel was one of the cleanest I've stayed at. literally not a mark on the sheets or a fringe on the curtains. immaculate. the location is sort of in the middle of nowhere but we just needed someplace to stay between the airport and the phrang-nga port. others seemed to be bicyclers. breakfast was ok. I would highly recommend Sivana if you just need a place for the night.

Nice apartment near airport”
Booked this apartment as it was near airport on the last day of my trip. The staff were very friendly and we found the place with directions from La Moon Restaurant located nearby. My children enjoyed the fitness room and table tennis. Breakfast was very good and served to us in the room. Definitely a nice apartment near airport.

Great peaceful time”
Overall great value for money. If you can't afford or don't want to spend the money to stay in Laguna bay where all the 5 star resorts are Sivanna is the perfect place for you! Literally 2 streets away (5 mins scooter drive) you are at all the stunning beaches at Laguna where you can rent jet skis eat relax swim! It is also close to the black car restraunt which has amazing food Thai & French western etc. If you are young and looking to party, shop and be around the night life in Patong Sivanna is a bit far probably about 30 to 35 mins scooter ride. My bf and I were riding down there daily and were exhausted as it is up and down the mountains. Our 2nd hotel which was booked for new year was at Kalim beach and took us literally 10 mins to walk to Patong 2 min scooter ride which was so much easier. Overall Sivanna was a great hotel and I would stay there again I would probably rent a car though instead of a scooter to make my trips to Patong easier.!

Clean, private and great service.”
The place is nice and cozy though it took us a bit to find the place in the soi. If you plan to be in town often, it's better to have a car because its on the Laguna side and could be quite a drive to the town.

New and clean with great rooms”
Very clean hotel that looked like newly built. Rooms were great, spacious with king size bed and very well equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, water boiler etc. Some wardrobe space would have been nice though. Very friendly service from both the owner and all the staff! Location is slightly off and not quite within walking distance to the beaches so would recommend renting a motorbike (which the hotel offers) or a car, as using the hotel's taxi service multiple times per day would be quite expensive in the long run.

Friendly, off the beaten path”
This is a great hotel off the beaten path. Was a little hard for the taxi driver to find, had to stop at La Moon (which is the hotel owned and operated restaurant nearby) for directions. Huge suite, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The owner was fantastic. She was hospital, and extremely helpful in getting our needs met. You can rent scooters from the hotel or a vehicle for a 10 to 15 mindrivd to Surin and Laguna beaches. The owner hugged me when i left -wonderful woman.

Friendly Service and Great Value for Money”
A family of six shared three rooms over Christmas and we were very happy with our stay. Rooms are well presented, are a very good size, clean and with new furnishings. The owners are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us the whole time we were there. Its in a residential area north of Laguna so I'd suggest hiring a scooter or car, as we were constantly ordering taxis. The walk to Laguna was around 40 minutes and well worth it as its a beautiful beach. Around 15mins north is another town with local supermarkets and restaurants also worth a look.

Taxi from airport costs 400B. Took the taxi driver several phone calls to locate the hotel. Hotel has arrangement with a restaurant that provides free transportation for diners or for food to be delivered to the room. In room American Breakfast is offered at per person. Wifi is free and works well. Private taxi service costs to the town or beach about 2 km away. Fare to the airport is 700 B.

Nice decoration, kitchen build in, friendly staff”
Staff is friendly, only 10 minutes drive from main road, room was clean. Dont expect to have view. There is a stove and small kitchen builf in as well. Overal. Is a good hotel at its price.

Lovely place, very friendly staff”
we only stayed there one night and arrived very late. anyway, we were expected and greeted very friendly by the staff. check-in took seconds and we were escorted to our huge apartment. we got an upgrade ! lovely place and a pity that we could only stay one night. we will be back.

Bed bugs. Poor staff response. ”
Short story: Bed bugs the first night which were definitely in the room before I came. Staff barely helpful - no compensation. Awful experience. Long story'; I had a really rough experience at Sivana and had bed bugs on the first night with bites all over. I had been staying at a very nice hotel in Singapore right before I came to Sivana, so I didn't bring them with me. The staff questioned me at first in a way which indicated it was my fault and then told me I could stay in the room one more night and then they would move me the next. I refused as I wanted to get out of that room asap and was anxious that the bugs had already gotten into my luggage. They put me in a temp room to start and then two nights later I was in the room that I would stay for the rest of the trip. So they did move me, but honestly, I would have expected a note from the manager or a night free or something apologising for the inconvenience. But got nothing. Really ruined the first 4 days of my trip and their fault, but nothing.

Great hotel location quiet”
our stay here was good and very relaxing the rooms are big and has tv fridge and free wifi the staff are also helpfull, the hotel is in a quite location good for relaxing but we hired a motor bike of them for thb per day so we could get about however the hotel have a taxi service if you need it thats cheap woild recomend.

Large apartment, nice balcony, excellent staff at reception, breakfast was a little limited, location of the apartment was set back from the main road so it was quiet. I would stay there again.
