Please close and lock all windows, balcony sliding doors, kitchen door and main door before leaving the house. 5. The number of guest in each homestay must not exceed the number of guest registered upon booking and reservation. Extra guests will be charged at RM30/person. 6. Kindly utilize with care the equipment, features and facilities of the homestay as any damages and loss will be at the guests' own cost. 7. In order to ensure the peace and calmness of the homestay, guests are discouraged from making too much of noise in the homestay unit before 8:00AM and after 10:00PM. 8. Convenient location, aprtment clean and quiet. Only the parking lot staircase too narrow to drive up and down. Able to contact owner who very fast and good response.
