The owner has no right to cancel my booking which I already made payment.”

The owner cancel my booking last minute and ask me take taxi to check in another service apartment by email. Without providing address & contact. He not even call me to explain why and how to go there. Then he made me waited for 30min, arrange a lady who can't speak English to deliver the room key. Not recommended to stay with Sky Home at Bangna. Lousy service and not prefesional.
