We are a family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers on a weekend getaway whom checked in to unit 20-05 of Tower A on Friday 9th July at 4pm and was shock and disgusted at the state of the apartment. 1) Basic essential such as toilet rolls are not provided. 2) The blankets were dirty, smelly with awfully bad stains and is in an un-usable condition. The smell was so bad that it caused stench in the cupboard where the blankets were kept. 3) The fans in two out of three bedrooms are not working. The fan in the living room is not working. 4) The cups that were supplied are stained and burnt. 5) The entire apartment is filthy with dust and hairs. The cupboards are black and we had to wipe off dust in order to put our stuff. 6) The third room wasn't furnished with a bedsheet. And the pillow cases provided were stained. 7) You provided us with a moldy dish washing sponge and empty bottle detergent. 8) There aren't any hooks at any of the bathrooms for guests to hang their towels which is a minimum to have in any service apartment ...even at lowest star budget hotel. So staying here for two nights had caused us to shop for basic essentials...to name a few: for toilet rolls, febreeze fabric cleaner to clean the beds, purchased new blankets as those you provided aren't usable, purchased bedsheet, kitchen sponge and dishwashing detergent.... We paid RM1000++ for your apartment and as the property is called: Skyloft Premium Suites....which definitely does not meet its mark comparing to a 2-star rating hostel. A TOTAL RIPPED OFF!!!!!.
