Very comfortable stay. Nice staff. Quiet, big room”
We got a weekend promo rate which made this place really worth the price (600thb). The room is spacious, there is a big closet, the bathroom is clean, the water pressure very good. The room service cleans the room every day. It is very quiet in the room, there is no road by the building, there are many trees so you can hear the birds sing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The sauna and pool were lovely. If you like the location you should stay here :) (it costs 50-80thb by Uber from Hua Mak Station of Airport Link).

Great staff, must have car”
The facility is excellent for long term rental. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The girl at front desk, Cherisa, goes out of her way to help out, she has excellent customer service. The food in restaurant is incredibly good and worth every penny of it, highly recommended. 2 points to note. The location is way out. Only convenient if you stay/work in area. Otherwise, you must have own vehicle. If they provided shuttle to Hua Mak Airport link station,, that would be so helpful. Room cleanliness could definitely improve, get a vacuum cleaner. I would stay here again only if convenience of location improved, working in area or shuttle to train stop. Definitely great value for money. Also, as of now, lots of construction in area, next door building condo and road construction. Looks like it could be awhile for both.

A good stay near the airport ”
Great rooms with everything you need. You can even cook here. They have a moderately priced restaurant that you can order from at and eat by the pool. It was hard to get to during construction but very close to the U convention center.

Just know what it is before you book”
It's a Thai local apartment building set way back on a small soi next to Samitivej Hospital Sriniakarin. You get a room with a bathroom, ours was OK with cheap mattress on the bed, a toilet that you have to take off the tank lid to set the stopper, TV channels all in Thai, iffy parking, small store in the lobby for water, chips, beer, toilet paper, shampoo etc. Room was clean, evening staff were nice (morning were not), menu for room service was extensive but first 5 things my wife ordered were "no have", so we wised up and asked what they did have and ordered that, food all Thai or Esan and pretty good but NO western food. We stayed there as our 10 month old had a morning appointment at Samitivej. Parking was very limited! We had to move our car same night to another spot. If you are looking for normal hotel conveniences and services etc. this is definitely not the place you want to stay. Strong points - Esan food and evening staff, plus located next to hospital.

Secluded and extremly overprized ”
Toovfar away, taxi drivers refuse going thwre by meter, even Grab drivers don't accept the ride. Reception desk mostly unfriendly, offered free breakfast, but when I came for breakfast they wanted me to pay. They refused to call taxi and refused to use the free shuttle car to drive me to a place 700 meters away (I offered money), so I had to walk in the rain. Everything is overpriced, 2-3 times more expensive than anywhere else, even the use of a self-service washing maschine is 60 Baht instead of usual 20-30 THB. No normal food around, no 7/11. The pool is to small to swim, the gym is old. Bedlinen were stained and not changed for several days. The wifi is slow. The place is not worth the 700 Baht I paid. Go to a nice place instead or pay less and look for a cheaper place unless you like beeing fooled. By the way: The advertised wood floor is a cheap PVC. The only good thing about this place: It is quite clean for Asian standards.

I enjoyed my stay there. Upon my check-in, the receptionist helped me order food for my family and she also helped me to book a cab upon my check-out. We choose this place for our appointment with a doctor at semitavij hospital. My only concern was the location and no shops or restaurants nearby.

Just a quiet place and cheap rooms ”
The place is closed to a private child hospital. We rent a family room and it was clean and good to stay in for the short term. The staffs are friendly and polite.
