          Fake information: gap between what indicated on web site and what we get”

          Location: -> Fake location comparing to voucher (we had to make 3 places) Bad service : -> Contact person communication was so bad. Not understandable Malay/chinese accent as well as English/chinese accent than even my Malaysian wife cannot understand. After 3 calls she finally sent an address which I confirm was also wrong, only building name is ok, it took again 45 minutes to taxi driver to get to the place. No answer when trying to reach her again. Just communication of “0802/0803” without any explanation. Service offered on the web side are fake There is no kitchen just 4m2 corner with a table, 4 chairs. 4 café cups, one Kettle …… even no fridge. No washing machine. Internet and TV only on one apartment. Conclusion. This people has nothing to do in the hotel Service business. First thing is transparency with service provided, and delivery to customer. Then management of the customer should be performed with competent people being able to act with professionalism.

          Everything was good except the front counter staff. I believe she is not suitable to work in hospitality industry. She's not smiling and not even look at you as if you are not welcome to stay at their property. What she do is ask for your IC, mutely key in details, hand over key + TV remote and that's it. No explanation at all, like your room no etc. You have to ask and of course she unhappily replied to you the answer with an angry face.

          location is 10/10, near to restaurant, convenience store and near to nilai, near to klia. room are clean but don't know what happen to the shower water that flowing sometimes and its disturbing at night, window broken a bit and have a lot of mosquito. staff were not ready for customer service attitude. thanks

          Good for short stay”

          We stayed here just for the night as other facilities in KLIA2 airport were very expensive and we had our connection the next day. The room was ok for us just to sleep for the night. Bathroom was small, but for a night's stay it was fine. A Mini fridge would have been an added benefit, but 2 small bottles of water was great. Aircon was very good.The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful and arranged their van for us to return to the airport. There were quite a few Mamak restaurants around the hotel and the food was cheap and good.

          The lady with the green hair at the front desk counter acted like she is the owner of the hotel. ”

          To the lady with the green hair. Please change your attitude. If you are working in a hotel line you should be more attentive, polite and respectful with your hotel guest. During check in you didn't say "HI" and you did the same when we check out. My daughter 5 years old greeted you goodbye when we leave but you just ignore and do nothing and only focus with you phone. Sorry to say but you don't really fit to be in hospitality.

          We requested for shuttle from airport 2 days before check in but no reply till the date become they asked us flight number and time but how is this help ? When airport we landed and the place we stay that time is not the same place. We went to the point that they gave us but nobody there telephone number also dead . Dont put that u have shuttle to airport becuz you are not ready for this service. Disappointed

          Very poor. Should be one star, but good enough for 3 stars. ”

          Room was poorly lit. Too much noise in the hotel, someone decided to what sounded like drilling at about 1am. The bathroom was terrible, was a type of wet room, with no proper shower unit. The toilet bowl and shower head were so close together you probably could use the loo and shower simultaneously.

          ensure you rent a car or else a 10 rm / pax transport from and to klia is avail. they only give you the free pick up from klia and not the way around. a grab ride will cost around less than rm 20. so it is good if you have a short lay down for transit.

          Only location good and price is economical. Hotel staff services are not up to the mark. Quite hard to communicate as they can't understand English. Transport pick up is poor, customers need to constantly check with the hotel staff the arrival of transport pick up resulting waiting too long at the airport. It is unsafe for ladies to wait too long at the airport.

          Hotel location is ideal. Facilities is okay but need improvement. Furnitures are old, tm telephone can't work. Air conditioner not so cold. Airport transport pick up service is too poor. Need to constantly check with hotel staff after arriving at airport. The hotel driver arrived at airport just waiting outside the car park area without contacting customers. I need to check again and again with the hotel resulting me and my friends are waiting for an hour. It happened in 2 occasions.

          Chose the hotel for the convenient airport shuttle provided. But at first i thought the fares was included in the hotel price. Apparently, you have to pay additional rm20 for return trip to airport. Anyhow, it still cheaper than grab that would’ve cost rm45 for one way trip.

          Convenient for KLIA”

          I had 2 overnight stays which included airport transfer from and to KLIA2. The only problem is you need to contact act them with your Malaysian telephone number or take a taxi from KLIA2 (Budget 42RM Economy 50RM if have big suitcase). The room was as advertised with tea/coffee making equipment but no items to make it (same in other similar types of Malaysian hotel that I have stayed). The transfer trip (unmarked taxi) to KLIA is 15-20minutes at 5:00am. I almost missed 7:05 flight as waited to 600 before proceeding to customs check. Ended up jumping queue by 20 places and got to gate with 2 minutes to spare. 2nd day I went straight to customs and was at gate 55minutes after leaving hotel. Apparently after 6:00am it is always very crowded and slow through customs. There are a few shops and local restaurants within a few hundred metres of the hotel.

          Pro: near to airport, easy access, and near to restaurants and convenient store. I accidentally left my car keys on the reception counter and the staff safe kept it. Thank you very much for the kind gesture I really appreciate it. Cons: cockroaches are everywhere. Let it be on the wall, floor, toilet, and even on the bed. I requested to change to other room but also has the same problem.I am not being exaggerated here. Dear owner please have some courtesy to at least hire pest control and have your hotel check. And please redo your flooring.
