A very tranquil stay”
We had a very pleasant stay. Except for the steep (and fortunately short) uphill drive, reaching Skyville using google maps was easy. Checking-in & out was a breeze. The staff were helpful & courteous. The rooms were all tidy & clean and the surroundings serene - we enjoyed a nice walk around the surrounding area. If the wi-fi service could be improved, that would certainly be a plus. There were ample umbrellas ready for guests, which was a very kind & considerate gesture - much appreciated as it was a very wet season.

I really love this place 😍 it look private since it is tue only accommodation in the area. Surrounded by pine tree. And the room was very tidy & clean. Water heater function well. The weather was too cold ! But glad the blanket is chunky hehe no mt kinabalu view. Just lovely nature. Staff was very helpful & kind. Easy checkout. Safety really much guarded. Not too far from kundasang town. Recommended!

Best Place to Rest”
Owner & staffs are totally friendly & awesome. Room very clean. Environment very nice, quite & peaceful. It’s a bonus as they also have transportation/shuttle services to the nearby tourism attractions places. I hope the management plant a lot of highland flower at their resort. Will be back again & strongly recommend

On site transfers are provide to the national park, restaurants and local town for around 5-10 R. The staff are friendly and helped us secure a difficult transfer to Sepilok. The place is high up and the views/sunsets are great. I would stay here again 100%, you will not find better customer service!

Quiet and Peaceful”
Very friendly staff and helpful. The road towards the hotel is steep and narrow but manageable. Kitchen, washing machine (no detergent) , drying rack, iron were provided so we get to wash and dry our dirty clothes since we came right after our stay at Polumpung Campsite. Heater works well for us throughout our stay. Had a relaxing dinner outside overlooking the mountain view. We really had a nice stay here.

1. For those who privacy is their top priority, this place is a good choice. 2. Suitable for small family, with affordable price. 3. Outside landscape is a bit out, however, cleanliness inside the room is tip top! 4. Already checked in to many hotel/homestay in kundasang, so far this hotel got the most excellent water heater. Trust me! 5. For those who want a clear view of the mount Kinabalu, this place is not a great choice. But the weather is still cool la. 6. The owner and staf was really humble and friendly. 7. Extra tips, if you want a cheaper price, direct call the office.

As the name suggests, we felt like we were in the sky. The location is at the cloud level. Such a beautiful view! Staffs and owners were very kind to us. We will definitely come back when we visit KK next time. Highly recommend this place!

Very quiet place upon the hill”
A very quiet place to stay upon the hill. The resort has warm sink to wash ur hand and warm enough shower for the chilly Kundasang weather.. The receptionist staff is very attentive and helpful. Although the wall is thin, overall the experience is good.

Near by kundasang town and visiting places. Staff were excellent and provided good service. Cooking facility available those who are going with family is useful. Nice natural valley scenary and totally pleasent stay.

A quiet place to rest”
Skyville Zen is a great place to rest after a hike up Mt.Kinabalu. The staff is very helpful and even gave us a Walkie-talkie in case we had issues after 8pm.

Nice resort ”
This resort is located at a hill top. In order to reach the resort, car has to go up a narrow steep slope which could be dangerous. Other than this, overall I had a pleasant stay in this resort. Very cooling and windy resort because of its location. Definitely a great place to relax and to zen as the ambience in the resort is very calming and nice. Recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to relax for a short getaway.

Clean room, comfortable bed”
If you're looking for a clean room and comfortable bed near to the entrance of Kinabalu National Park, Skyville Zen offers decent rooms at a good rate compared to other places that are overinflated. The location was tranquil although missing a Mt Kinabalu view. It would be nicer to enjoy the outdoor area if there were some proper comfortable chairs with back rests so one could sit outside and enjoy the natural environment which is the reason for staying in Kundasang! Overall good value for money and if you don't mind not having the view, it's a decent clean option.
