The hotel was awesome looks just like the photos with a modern lobby and the rooms were extremely clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were VERY pleased! The surrounding seemed quiet, we chose this location because we only stayed Zagreb one night and wanted to be located between the old town and the airport. You will like the hotel!

Amazing stay! ”
Stayed with my friend. From Reception to the Bartenders, all staff went above and beyond! I would stay here again and again. Beautiful hotel, great staff, and fabulous amenities. Hilton brand, what can you say. Their free happy hour where they offer beer and small bites tasting was an added bonus. I can’t say enough good things about ALL the staff except, to the managers - give them all raises!

Excellent stay for any kind of traveler”
Boutique feel, very modern and chic details designed to recall the time the hotel was once a chocolate factory. Nice touches - like the chocolate bar on arrival, swanky lounge area with access to desserts from the restaurant. Room was also modern, with good hot water, air conditioner, and coffee, as well as a water service area outside on the floor. Wish I had more time to stay in Zagreb - they had a free tasting at the hotel the day I was there and the regular restaurant menu looked good. Excellent taxi service at normal local prices as well. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice new hotel, great design, friendly and professional staff”
We arrived late at night from a long delayed flight and immediately felt a lot better and more upbeat upon entering the lobby. The staff was warm, friendly and professional welcoming us, and checked-us in in a breeze while giving us the essential information. The lobby was very well designed and I wouldn't have mind spending a few hours there working on my laptop; The room design was lovely as well and impeccably clean / feeling fresh. The bathroom was large, with nice clean towels and a lot of good quality amenities. Overall the entire place felt very fresh / new, with a great design and very well managed.One note: This hotel is not located in the old town or a touristy part of town. It's central, though not in a very nice neighborhood (though we always felt safe, including when walking in the nearby streets in the middle of night). The location is just a few minutes walk from the Zagreb Bus Terminal so it's perfect if you need to go there to catch a bus to anywhere in the country.

Comfortable stay”
Hotel was located at a quiet neighbourhood, 20mins walk to main square. Staff were friendly. There's a huge dm supermarket just next door. The hotel has a makeup room in the basement for refreshing up (2 shower rooms, toilets, dressing tables) after a long flight and when room is not available for check-in. It was spacious and there were lockers in this room for you to store your luggage (can fit up to a 32inch luggage). Some were not working though. There's also a water dispenser (though it looks more like a sink) on cant remember which..

Unexpected comfortable hotel”
The design of the hotel was amazing. There were some book shells next to the lifts. The reception was nice. The receptionist were friendly and helpful. The room I booked was spacious. The toilet was clean and the light was bright enough. The location of the hotel was easy to find. Some restaurants was nearby. I took taxi for 10 mins to the old Town for fun.

A home feeling in a luxury hotel”
From the service, to the room arrangements everything was oriented to comfort and relax. 15 min walk to city center, but a lot of services near the hotel.

Clean but lacks thought in design”
Despite being a subsidiary of Hilton (not sure if i am using this term correctly), the Hotel suffers from some design flaws. Firstly, the portion of the mirror that was heated (heating is necessary to prevent fogging) was too high for the average traveller. I am about 1.7m and I could not see myself in the mirror. Also, the shower area was partially blocked with a full glass shield. The unblocked parts had water leaking to the rest of the bathroom floor. It was wet and messy. Hotel did not provide slippers in the room and we needed to call to ask for it (found out during check out). Hotel breakfast spread was not as good as Sheraton's and is more expensive. Requested for late check out the day before when we checked in and on the day of the check out, a staff knocked rather heavily our door to ask if we have requested for check out. I told him we did and the staff told us it was 2 pm. He apologised and then left. Perhaps communication can be improved.

Spacious room, nice and full breakfast. However they forget to do the room cleaning on the second day of stay. not close to metro stations/bus stations but still manage to walk in distance.

Location was okay, need to walk 20 minutes to get to the main square. About 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Hotel itself was clean, modern and value for money

Unpleasant and noisy environment next to train and tram station. Very inconsiderate staff when checking out, although hesitant to use the expression dishonest. Overcharged 375 and very reluctant to find out. Overall facilities are reasonably good. Will not come back or recommend.
