We accidently chose this hotel, my sister mistaken as another C*y* hotel. Some of friends told us it's a very old hotel. BUT, when we arrived at the hotel, we amazed by the lobby, and a very lovely receptionist, who still remember my name on the day we checked out, mb Dwi (you're so friendly). The man who helped us with our baggage and the one who took me to the parking place to accompany me to take things, a lot of thank you! We stayed at a villa previously and there were some left meat, they allowed us to put it inside their freezer. A big thank! A spacious clean room, comfy bed, fluffy pillow, nice bathroom with a big bathtub. The pool? You may see it from the pictures that the hotel provides. The beach? I suggest when you enter the lobby, ask the receptionist for the left building. The beach there is better than another side. There are pools for kids with sand, no wave. We chose not to take the breakfast, because of the pandemic, we avoided to be in a crowded space. After all, definitely, we will back again someday.

I enjoyed my stay at the Conrad. Breakfast buffet was very good especially the truffle oil omelette by one of the many talented chefs. Hired a bike which was a great way to see the area. Jet skiing available outside the hotel with locals from the area. Local restaurants, shopping and beach massages available once you explore the boardwalk. Great place to watch the sunset and sunrise. Gym facilities were excellent and all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Pool was great but one morning I got stung by ants floating on the water. The Lagoon access room is great for everyone. Slept well here and enjoyed the Balinese hospitality and spirituality. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and the ATM. Not far from culinary and cultural sights. Lovely people in this area and very safe to walk around. And there is lots to do if you just want to enjoy the hotel facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for solo, couples, families and groups. There is a chapel for weddings which looked beautiful and unique.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Conrad. We booked Conrad Suite and Deluxe Ocean View, and we loved both types. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were well designed and clean. The view from the deluxe ocea view room was beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast; the food was good, it would be great if there were more variety of the food, though. Overall, it was one of the best hotel we have ever stayed. Thank you.

Bali Conrad is a first class property. The rooms are large comfortable and beautifully outfitted. The staff are just the most gorgeous helpful people. Location is excellent for a relaxing holiday but close enough to participate in water sports and adventure activities. We have been to Bali multiple times and this resort is the best we have stayed in and at a breakfast included price that is very reasonable. No hesitation in recommending and we will definitely be back.

You and your family will be reqlly entertained by the lagoon pool that conrad has. Its huge, and clean and beautiful! Even in this pandemic time they have their hygine protocols establiahed. The garden is beautiful. Not a single coconut tree leave un managed. When you step in the hotel you can directly feels the luxury it offers!

I recommend Conrad Bali to stay for family trip and group. The staff are very very nice and gives solution everytime. They have a clinic to do antigen/pcr test. The pools are many. Their restaurant by the sea had best meals for seafood and plant-based meals. They have good breakfast place where you can view pool and the sea at the same time. I will go back and stay at there again for sure.. Some of my family members extend their stay in Conrad Bali.. Thanks Conrad God bless

Outstanding Service and Amenities ”
We had fantastic stay for 5 nights, can not fault the services and facilities. My kids enjoyed every moment around the pool, the Hotel has beautiful big pools and amazing ocean view. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options including order on the menu, it comes with outstanding coffee by exclusive barista, good blend and latte art. It is highly recommended to stay at this resort . We will definitely come back to Conrad when we come to Bali next time.

Best It could be better if the lagoon access rooms have conecting doors. And collectinggojek foods from the ballroom area was much of a hassle too far. Other than that it was perfect

The hotel is beachfront and has very big pool. Young children will be very happy here. They have quite selection of breakfast and high standard for covid protocol. Guests are not allowed to take the food themselves but their staffs are always stand by to help around. The location is also strategic to restaurants nearby and touristy spot (GWK). We have pleasant experience here though short. But we'll come back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay in the conrad Bali. The room was great, the facilities were great, the food/breakfast was great and the staff was also amazing. Can highly recommend the Conrad when staying in Nusa Dua. And if I have to come up with one thing to improve then is it to install a glass wall between the shower and the toilet.

This place offers complete facilities from gym, private beach, not to mention large pools surrounded the resorts. The hotel staff are friendly . Great Hotel for Couple, Family and Business”
Starting from check in, the staffs are really helpful and nice. The hotel itself is huge with hundreds of rooms (Got lost looking for swimming pool once). The room are very clean and spacious, every room has its own balcony to relax and enjoy the breeze. The swimming pools are very huge and clean. IT has its own private beach and you can catch sunrise directly from your own room (If you get room with beach view). Overall a very enjoyable stay from start to finish.
