I booked the deluxe room with two solo beds with my friend. Pros with excellent rating - Location, Staff, Amenities, Rooftop view (so stunning) , Hotel interior (very chic despite being small). In my entire stay , hot water was available in the shower. Complimentary drinking water (delicious with lemons, cucumber, etc on it) and cookies available at the lobby at all times. The buffet breakfast was decent as well. Rooftop view was super stunning and true as shown in website photos. There was no need to find a better view outside of the hotel. They also have a pool at the rooftop. Staff had the most friendly and helpful faces. Shout out to Ralph and Jem at the lobby , Erich for the room assistance, Tine, Weng and Jon at the rooftop restaurant. They were all amazing. They have an answer to all inquiries and did their best to help their guests. They were also very polite and professional. Location is perfect as well, at the heart of the town proper , walking distance to the pier, and pretty much to all amenities around - pubs, restos, shops , dive shops... CONS - not much choices on the food menu at the restaurant and a bit expensively priced. However, cocktails during happy hour are reasonably priced. Will definitely book again. Thank you Cuna :)

Perfect choice”
It was definitely, our best choice. The room had a normal size, but comparing to the other hotels we stayed in Philippines, it was great: clean, modern and cozy. What we loved about it is that we had a dehumidifier and our clothes were dried until the next day. The bar and the pool were great. It was very nice to stay on the evenings on the rooftop and had a drink. We booked room only, but we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. It was a little expensive, but the food was varied, good and tasty. When we arrived, we forgot to ask for shuttle from the airport, but at departure, they offered us free transport (depending on no. of nights we stayed). Final Mark: 10 !

Perfect place to relax after a long day”
The Cuna Hotel exceeded all our expectations. We throughly enjoyed staying here over the New Year period. The hotel is very cleaned and well kept which also boasts a beautiful rooftop for food and drinks. Due to the holiday season every now and again certain foods weren't available but that was an easy fix with just picking another option. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great value for money as it had everything available which made starting the day very easy. The infinity pool is a nice add on at the back of the rooftop with another amazing view of El Nido. Would highly recommend The Cuna Hotel for anyone staying in El Nido.

Pleasant Stay”
We had a pleasant 4day-stay at Cuna hotel. The hotel still looks new, pretty interiors, nice beds, except there’s no hot water and poor wifi in rooms, which we’re not really bothered by it since u can just hangout in there dining area with an impressive view of limestone cliffs. I couldn’t put everything into words, but the staff made our stay extra special. Very accommodating and attentive up to the tiniest detail. There was one night when most of my dinner choices ran out of order, and the server gave us complimentary watermelon shake as service recovery. It’s not necessary as I wasn’t really disappointed, but it was really a nice touch, to put it simply. Impressive service, indeed. Their rooftop dining ambiance was just perfect we couldn’t get our butts out of their skydeck for 3 nights in a row. When we ran out of water, they’d immediately get us without waiting for us to ask, also offering other options and services. Lovely, lovely stay. Kudos to Cuna team.

Excellent choice for a mid range hotel in El Nido!”
Pros - perfect location close to beach, shops, restaurants and tours. Fantastic roof top pool, restaurant and bar with happy hour. Comfortable rooms with daily service, AC, amenities, flat screen TV with HBO. Super helpful front desk people and very friendly staff all around. Even in a tropical storm, bank up gernators kept everything running and comfortable. So glad we stayed her. Excellent value! Cons - none!

A great stay”
This is a beautiful hotel, the staff are really nice, friendly and polite. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The hotel corridors smell of vanilla. Wifi was quite good, also in the room. The only issue we had was that it was raining for days and the room got really damp. The air-con was on all the time, was also really loud but didn’t seem to do the job. We didn’t have breakfast there as it’s too expensive. We also didn’t use the pool as the weather was really bad.

Honeymoon Delight”
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. It’s a pretty amazing place to go to after a long day of island tours. Their facilities are modern and fab. Maybe one thing that I just notice but did not affect us anyway, they do not have a lift. Their staff are trained and kind enough to offer all the necessary assistance to their guest. Not to mention the Skydeck, It was amazing! The pool, the chairs, and especially the food! By the way their breakfast bread is what I miss the most. It’s freshly made bu their chefs. During our last day, the driver that was assigned to us made a special blessing before he drove us to the terminal. I really like that they wish and hope for their guest safety.

I would like to commend all the staff, from the guard to the peeps at the reception, to the housekeeping - they are all friendly and courteous! Hassle-free check-in and checkout! Thr pool is a bit small though, I can only imagine how crowded it gets during summer/peak season. But thats OK, they have the perfect view from the pool (rooftop). Our room is very modern. CR is clean. Will definitely stay here again!

A very good hotel in a very good location”
The hotel in very close to the center, has good facilities, very clean, great rooms with good water pressure and hot water all the time. The staff is helpful and nice. Nearby are laundry services, market, restaurants the main streets, bus station and the beach. Close to everywhere. The pool has a great view of the port.

Pros - proximity to the location where the tour boats departs from, right in the El Nido town centre, clean room, everyday room service with fresh new towels and bed made, beautiful view from the skydeck, friendly staff and security in the hotel is 24/7, cold drinking water station available in each level. Cons - no tissues offered (it's totally minor 😂) Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I come back to visit the beautiful El Nido

Amazing hotel at edge of heart of El Nido town”
Hotel is only one year old so facilities, rooms, and bathrooms are still in excellent condition. Interior is very modern and staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with a smile whenever we entered or left the hotel. TV had limited channels but clear picture and sound. It seems they don’t have actual king sized beds so in order to do it they combined two twin/double? beds together with a memory foam topper. They also have a pretty decent sunset view from the rooftop restaurant and pool area. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a really nice budget friendly hotel near the core of the town.

Best hotel in town !”
We stayed there for 4 nights. All I can say is that this place is really amazing. From helpful and friendly staff, great rooms, beautiful interior, not to mention roof top restarurant and swiming pool with amazing view of the town and sea. I dont remember name of the guy at the reception, but he was helpful all the time with organizing tours, calling tricycle. he gave us also lots of ideas what are best beaches to visit ect. So thank you again for everything. :)

Great Value Newly Built”
Newly built hotel inside a busy community. Public transpo is easy shuttle at hotel, tricycles and there are bike rentals nearby. Attractions are walking distance like the canopy walk, Island hopping tours, diving etc. Lio beach is 15 minutes travel and going to Nakpan is 45 mins. Lasca.. beach is also 15 mins. Balcony view is breathtaking! Toilet has bidet :) the only cons is the room flooring it has this this sticky effect probably due to the finish.

Nice hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Their rooftop bar is the best! We enjoyed the view a lot. Drinks and foods are also fine. Good beds, clean room.

PERFECT HOTEL SMALL BEDS FOR FAMILY”
This is one of the best hotels I've been. However, I booked 2 kids (9) and (12) and 2 adults here in Agoda but the beds provided are 2 single beds which fits 1 person only. so we were sandwich. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the place and the hospitality of the staff. Will book again! next time I will double check with the Hotel with the size of the beds. Thank you Cuna Hotel.

Central location, amazing rooftop view, clean and comfortable rooms”
The hotel is very central, yet quiet. The view from the rooftop is amazing. I would highly recommend the buffet breakfast (we paid PHP 450 per person) - selection is great (even includes a noodle station, egg station and cakes) and it’s pretty tasty. Room was comfortable and clean although power did cut in and out a couple of times throughout the night (you need to keep turning your air-con back on). Just to clarify, the power does go back on immediately after it cuts out. I suspect this happens throughout Palawan. Help yourself to some delicious biscuits in the lobby... a lovely treat after a day out snorkelling.

The only good hotel in EL NiDO !!!!”
This is the only modern hotel in the area which is worth booking ! We first booked another hotel called El Nido Beach Hotel, that place was a disaster !!! We ran from that place as we got in. This hotel is modern, amazing view and great service. I could not recommend anything else worthy of the stay. It was perfect !
