Wonderful stay at villa with private swimming pool”
Stayed 6 nights in October 2021 during the pandemic at their 2 bedroom villa. The villa was huge, very clean, wit Balinese decoration, had complete kitchen, full standing fridge, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, living room, dining room, big backyard with a full size private swimming pool. All staffs were friendly and helpful especially the housekeeping which gave us extra bottles of mineral water and amenities. Breakfast was sufficient considering this pandemic situation. Restaurants: The Breeze for lunch and The Shore for dinner were great. We even had dinner for 5 nights straight at the Shore since we had dinner included with our room. All meals was wonderful. Waiters were very friendly. The hotel itself had several group events and weddings during our stay. But it did not affect us at all. We enjoyed our time at our villa peacefully. My 3 kids did their full time learning from villa, I and my husband did our working from villa as well using their free wifi. Food delivery was not allowed to enter the hotel ground but we managed to meet the courier at the main gate. Thank you Hilton Bali for our wonderful experience. We hope you and Bali will survive this unfortunate condition of pandemic.

Super super great!!! ”
Our first trip after the outbreak and first stay in this hotel as well. We really love our 2-nights stay here. We booked the clifftower ocean view room and the receptionist gave the room on 7th floor (the larger balcony). The room is very clean, they have the clean stay seal for each sanitized room. They also gave hygiene kit in the drawer. Our room is amazing in all aspects - bed, bathroom, amenities (Crabtree & Evelyn's), and moreover such a beautiful view on the balcony. They have a large swimming pool area, suitable for adults and kids. The breakfast is great too. They concern about the hygiene and health protocols, so they served our breakfast request in ala-carte breakfast menu stations. But unfortunately, there was a guest had less concern as he wore mask but on the chin while waiting for his omelette served. However, we're delightful for the great service at The Grain. Upon our breakfast, we're serviced by Artawan and he was very friendly and helpful, yet quick and delivered very good service! In conclusion, we super loveee and will come back soon ❤️

Incredible Hotel”
Our stay at the Hilton Bali Nusa Dua was incredible. We were there for our honeymoon and they upgrade our room to an executive cliff tower room on the 10th floor and man the view was incredible. We also got a complimentary choc cake. The room was big with a king bed and with a separate lounge plus a balcony with two sets of lounge seating. The hotel had awesome facilities with like 3 pools 1 with a slide, water activities and it’s on the beach so you can move between the pool and beach really conveniently. Staff was incredible and very helpful, checkin seamless, the hotel ground were very clean. Lastly, the all you can eat breakfast was the best I have been too, with tones of variety, western and Indonesian. You will not be disappointed.

Impressed by the covid protocol”
It's sad to see the effect of covid at Hilton. There was not much occupancy, and lack of staffs (the woman concierge has to become our bag porter and escorted us to our room). But we can see that Hilton tries its best to give their guest a pleasant stay. They have strict protocols for covid, which is impressing for us, such as, we need to scan menu from barcode, only cleans room when we ask, staffs wearing masks and gloves, and check points to check our temperature when we enter the hotel's premises and restaurants. The monkeys outside our balcony is a blast, we actually looking forward to see them each morning, and had a good giggle when they walked past our balcony or stare at us from outside our room. Too bad we were too tired to explore the hotel's premises, we only visited the Breeze once and didn't get the chance to enjoy the fab pools. will definitely come back

Enjoyable stay from beginning to end. ”
It's hard to complain about this hotel. Although I was a bit disappointed because they miss to acknowledge my reservation request on high floor and once during my stay the wardrobe's sliding door was broken, I can't say those things ruin any day of my stay. Because honestly, those seem to be tiny problem I forgot in a minute when everything else about this hotel was just so awesome. Hotel staff are nice. Whatever you need they will attend to you immediately. Like IMMEDIATELY. Room is clean and spacious. All area in the hotel is also well cleaned and well maintained. Food is good. Beach is nice, it is possible to have kids playing by the beach. Check in and check out is a super easy and fast process. I will definitely stay another time!

Balinese Hospitality at its best”
Hospitality business is not just about the facility but about the people who run it. This couldn't be truer in Bali Hilton Resort. It started when I checked in. I booked two bedroom villa and the check in time is 3 pm. I arrived in the hotel noon before the time. I knew that and I was happy to wait while having lunch in one of their restaurants. To my surprise, they gave me one regular room to wait comfortably and refresh ourselves. Wow... this is the first time I have been treated like this. Approaching 3 pm, I called them asking if the villa was ready, it turned out they needed 30 minutes more, I politely complained, they apologized and then to my surprise offered me complimentary dinner vouchers for 4 in their restaurant. Wow... oke... I don't mind waiting longer then to get more vouchers... :) When we used the vouchers for dinner we were again impressed. Not to mention the vouchers were good to order even the most expensive menus, but the strict quality they apply. When 3 orders were already served, my wife order has not been arrived. Before we thought of asking, the waiter came and explained that they have made the dish but it didn't pass the quality control so they had to made again, and as compensation they gave my wife complimentary side dish... wow... complimentary over complimentary... When the dish finally out, it was really worth the wait. And all others dishes of course were all super mouth watering. And then about flexibility. Our villa came with 4 complimentary drink everyday in the their sea side restaurant that opens 5 pm onward. Obviously we didn't stay in the hotel every afternoon so on the last day we still had unused vouchers. In the morning, I saw there was other sea side restaurant that opened. Although the vouchers did specify which restaurant, but when I showed the vouchers to the waiter, he happily served us without asking his superior or everybody else. Oldie but still goodie”
I stayed at this property a long time ago, when it was still under the name Niko. So when a friend of mine got married in Hilton, I saw an opportunity to stay there again. And I am impressed on how they really maintain the quality of the hotel overall I chose the one bedroom villa with a pool, because during the pandemic I don't really like to share a pool with strangers. The villa also offers great privacy because all of the villas are located on separate area from the main building. Check-in process was smooth. The front desk officer did the process efficiently. Breakfast is great as well with wide range of variety. Quality of the food is also incredible. Tips: try the outdoor seating! You can have partial view of the ocean. Sadly didn't try the spa due to conflicting schedule. The private beach is smaller in comparison to other resorts but I am quite satisfied because it's private. The villa like i said is located on a separate area. You need a buggy to get in and out of the villa. Depending on your villa, you can actually walk from the villa to the main lobby/parking area. Since mine was not too far from the entrance, it took me roughly around 10 minutes from my villa to the main lobby. The villa is big. It has the main area where your bedroom and bathroom are located and separate area where private pool (with different views), sun beds, day bed, coffee table and pantry are located. The bed is comfortable (mattress is of high quality). It has 2 showers, a humongous bath tub and 2 sinks. Walk in wardrobe equipped with safe deposit box and a vanity table. The TV is out dated (this is 2021 not 2010). Overall it was a great stay. Most definitely coming back to try the villa with different view. Tips: 1. If you are leaving the villa, close the sliding door because there are monkeys. 2. Expect a slightly longer time if you ask for something (since they need to take the buggy) 3. If you are traveling with family, you can ask them to put you in adjacent vil

This is one of our most favorite hotel! We take the 1 bedroom ocean view. Room is perfect! Super clean, nice, great size, comfortable sofa, and king bed. The balcony give you a superb view of the ocean. Very nice weather too. Staffs are very friendly and handy to help you. The beach is nice, pool is big, nice kids club, big lobby, nice breakfast. We only have minor issue with the AC window sensor. It keep detecting that the balcony window is open and wont start. But the staff quickly help us with it. Will definitely come back.

Sweet Escape”
Our stay at the Hilton was absolutely fantastic! Writing this review puts a smile on my face as i am transported back to the wonderful time we spent in Hilton. If you are vacationing with family, Hilton Bali is the perfect hotel for you! Our little girl had the time of her life as she enjoyed swimming at the pool and on the beach. Their kids club is a haven for kids as there are plenty of things to do with both indoor and outdoor play areas. The hotel staff are friendly, warm, approachable. Special shout out to Patvin of the front desk as he was very accommodating to our requests. He even sent a birthday cake and note for my husband whose birthday was two days prior to our check in. So that was really a wonderful gesture that warmed our hearts. Special thanks, too, to Angga Jiwa of housekeeping who left a note for us thanking us for staying in Hilton and wishing us a good stay. She/He even made a stuffed toy out of the towels which made our little girl giggle with delight.

The best stay of our Bali trip”
We stayed at 4 different hotels this trip from Jimbaran, Ubud, and Nusa Dua. But Hilton’s came on top - some services were short due to covid, but they didn’t stinge on the F&B and room cleanliness, amenities, and services. The best hotel food we’ve had in this entire trip - breakfast buffet and Paon. The kids loved the pool and water slide, and we all loved the beach. The staff were all attentive and knew us by name. Thank you to the staff at Hilton Nusa Dua for making our trip special.

Amazing place”
This was one of the best place in Bali. we had the best time of our life. Hotel staff was friendly. the room was super clean. I loved the balcony. Make sure to always close the balcony door. There are friendly monkeys roaming around. we had the best view of the ocean. if u get the hotel, get the hotel with ocean view. we loved the food. the breakfast was amazing. there are so many options for breakfast.

Thank you Agoda. Thank you Hilton. I've got room upgrade, this was really great experience. We've got the best room ever, best spot to get sunrise. The room was clean (always), the staff was great, food and beverages was great, the view was excellent, too bad that the sun was behind the cloud every morning, so that we can't really see the yellowish color from the sun, but that's okay, still amazing experience with Hilton Bali Resort.

Wonderful stay overlooking the beach”
We stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights and while we booked the basic room, we got the biggest room with a massive balcony overlooking the ocean. The reason was that only a section of the hotel was open due to the pandemic. Thw property is stunning with ocean views from every corner. It took us a good hour to explore the entire property. The pool area is beautiful with multiple pools including a huge water slide. Food was really good too. There was a breakfast buffet, the pool side restaurant had decent options and great quality. The staff and service was exceptional. We got everything we requested withing minutes. I also requested for a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells to workout on the balcony and they kindly obliged. Overall, we had really nice stay. Would highly recommend.

Best hotel ever! ”
My regret is not staying long at this hotel. The hotel, beach, room and all are very clean. They have many and varied swimming pools area. Even though there are monkeys, it becomes an interesting thing for my children and they're not bothering at all. Inside the room they provide one super king bed and big -well maintain bathroom. We are really love staying at the Hilton and if there is a chance sure we will get back to stay at this hotel.

What an underrated stay in Nusa Dua”
We are so happy with all the facilities. The hotel is newly renovated and not crowded at all as if we owned the whole pool and the kids club. The swimming pool is one of a kind, the slide is so awesome we feel like we’re in a waterboom. The beach is clean and safe. My son and nephew spent the whole day by the beach. So satisfied with everything. Will come back for sure.

Serene and tranquil resort”
A safe, clean, semi rustic yet comfortably modern resort. Little can be faulted from the massive estate. The cliff view is spectacular and the breeze is amazing. The check in was a little bit of a wait, but the place just calms you down pretty well. The food at the breakfast bar is a pretty good spread but you'd probably want something else after 4 days. The pool and beach is amazing, definitely spend some time there.

Best choice for nusadua’s area resort”
Room was clean ,neat , had a great ocean view. Bahtroom area was big & clean. Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. The kids club seems so fun, hotel’s pool super large and clean. And this hotel has great clean private beach. We can take the kids playing there safely. Absolutely best choice , and would love to comeback :)

One of The Best Hotel in Nusa Dua”
Although operating in pandemic time, the hotel still keep up their excellent standard. They close a wing of the hotel but give us an upgraded room. Staff are very polite and friendly from the doorman, receptionist, housekeeper and especially at the restaurant. Room is clean, all facilities and amenities are good, strong wifi through out the hotel. Very recommended !

I was really happy because all of my experience with my family when we stayed in this wonderful hotel. They have a great spacious room, with wonderful view to the ocean, they also have beautiful garden. The room was really nice, with all the decorations, big TV, great cable TV, nothing to complaint for. For breakfast, they have plenty of varieties of food, from western, indian, indonesian, pastries, really love the buffet. They have plenty of pools, kids club, direct access to beach. My son really had a good time here, and also my wife. Thank you, Hilton. We'll definitely go back here for another holiday.
